On time. Paying extra to put my luggage under the bus- just increase the fare, and include this. Flixbus do not do this…. and it’s so much easier with them. You don’t have to suddenly find 1.30€ PLUS, no one checked my luggage receipt, when I got off, there was no system, anybody could take any bag Why is there a conductor, printing paper receipts onboard? Are we returning to the last century, with Arriva buses? We are supposed to be saving resources, not printing paper for things we already have digitally. It was so ridiculous, it was almost funny.

The trip was good, but the bus was an hour late - 3 out of 5 stars. The bus was an hour late and I didn't make it to the wedding at the time I wanted to.
