Cole WDecent bus trip, left a few minutes late but was good to give everyone time to arrive before deparure.
The bus was older and had a few tears in the seats, but the air con woked well.
Main issue was that they didnt let us know when we had arrived at our destination so we had to ask them to stop and get a taxi for the same price as one of our tickets!! They never informed us about this when we got on

Allison PThe bus was located at Phuket Terminal 2. We took a 15 baht bus from terminal 1 to terminal 2 - approximately 30 min. Once we arrived we walked into the building to check in at counter 22. We received our tickets and walked to the gate to meet the bus driver. We handed him our bags and it was stowed away under the bus. Our personal bags came with us on the bus. The bus was comfy and air conditioned. The travel time was approximately 2 hours or so. They picked up passengers on the way as well. Once we arrived in Khao lak, the bus assistance notified us and we walked off, where the driver handed us our bags. Easy peasy! Our hotel was a 10 min walk from the drop off. I recommend for a cheap way to get to Khao lak.

Megan EVery smooth pickup experience, we had a sign with our name at the airport. We then waited a few minutes for the driver to arrive. Our driver ( j can’t remember her name sorry) was very nice and a great driver. The car was comfortable and had aircon. Trip went very smoothly. Will use this company again!

Dragica I booked a transfer by shared van from my hotel in Phuket Town to Khao Lak. On the confirmation it was written that the pick up time could happen 45 minutes earlier or later. My driver arrived more than 1 hour and a half late in a white car with no taxi labels. I had to call support several times to get the right information on the driver and vehicle. I suspect that they forgot about me and sent a driver when I called them. All went good at the end because I had no rush to arrive at my destination but I wouldn’t recommend this service if you need to catch a flight. Grab or Booking.com is more reliable.

Eduardo FTrip was right, but a but expensive. We got the bus to Phuket city centre some days later and was really cheap in comparison.
