Avoid this company if you value basic organization, clear communication, and being treated with respect. This was one of the worst transport experiences we have had in Thailand. Two of us booked the trip in advance, and a third person bought the same ride the evening before. All three of us had paid reservations and booking confirmations. The third passenger had originally entered a different hotel as his pickup location, but he came to meet us at our hotel to make the driver’s job easier and avoid an extra stop. We were the first three passengers picked up. After only about one minute of driving, the driver suddenly realized that he apparently had no information about the third passenger’s original hotel pickup. Instead of calmly checking the booking or explaining the issue, he stopped the van and started yelling at all three of us, demanding that we get out because the van was supposedly full. This made absolutely no sense. We all had confirmations, had all paid, and were the first people in the van. Neither the driver nor the person he called could clearly explain what had gone wrong. The woman on the phone simply told us to get out immediately and “contact our office,” without telling us which office, why we had to leave, or what solution they were offering. We refused to leave because we had valid paid reservations. The driver then continued driving while clearly angry and irritated. Later, when the van was only partly occupied, he suddenly said that everything was fine, as if other passengers had cancelled. In the end, the van was full and nobody was left behind. It strongly felt as though the company had either overbooked the vehicle or failed to manage its reservations properly. If the third passenger had waited at his originally selected hotel, it seems likely he would simply have been abandoned, since nobody contacted him or came to pick him up. The situation became even worse upon arrival in Krabi. We were taken to a 12Go office away from the main route and told that all three of us had to leave the van. The employee there demanded an additional 100 baht per person—300 baht total—to take us to Ao Nang, despite the fact that I had entered the exact address of our Ao Nang hotel in the drop-off field when booking. At no point was any additional charge mentioned. We paid because we were tired, confused, and were given no real choice. However, after speaking with other passengers, we discovered that they also had tickets only showing “Krabi,” yet the driver was taking them to their hotels without demanding an extra payment. When we questioned the driver about this at our hotel, he became angry and laughed at us. Hotel staff were told that we had only booked transport to Krabi Town and therefore had to pay extra, but this completely contradicted the drop-off address we had provided and the treatment of the other passengers. Terrible organization, terrible communication, and zero respect for customers. Do not book with this company unless you are prepared for confusion, arguments, and unexpected charges.

The bus arrived on time. First of all, we should pay again, which we were able to avoid again thanks to the voucher. The dilemma began with the break. Here another guest had asked if you could take a shorter break and there was a dispute. The driver could not let go and got upset again and again and shouted around in the bus. She drove incredibly angry and aggressively. We thought about getting off in between and continuing the trip differently. Overall, the behaviour seemed incredibly unprofessional and we didn't feel comfortable.

The operator was 30 minutes late at the pick up point and there was very poor legroom, also we needed to pay more in order to get dropped off at the hotel even though we booked with hotel transfer.

Transfer was fine but took an hour longer than it needed to because the driver was late, did a loop to pick other passengers up, and then returned to a hotel right next to mine to pick more people up an hour after having picked me up in the same place. I don’t know why they didn’t just pick everyone up at the same time.
