Maria Bought tickets from Gili Meno to Sanur and was not told that we should pay an extra fee of 25k rupuiah/pp for a transfer boat that takes you just off the harbour in Meno. Communication was very poor and it wasn't due to language barrier.

Emerick GWe arrived 1h30 late so the trip lasted 4h30 it was so long. It was very cold inside, so make sure to bring a sweatshirt inside with you. Don’t leave your bag on the ground because it will be soaking wet.

Lena PStated time was totally off both ways by at least 90min - any activity planned later on was therefor not possible. Being at the terminal 60min in advance seemed way too much. Since everybody was just waiting in a small hot waiting area.

Sam SNo information about the fact is needed to paid taxes in Trawangan Harbour and we were waiting before boarding and it was expected to have the boarding pass delivered after to paid… a moment of stress. And not specified at Nusa Penida the change boat and transit of 30-45mn ! And I don’t talk about all the boat think we will died due the waves, some people cry and afraid.

Surbhi Its a long journey, they said it will take 3 hrs but it took 4.5 hrs. The crew is nice but they make your change from one boat to a smaller boat in the last leg of the journey. Small boat doesn't have AC.
