Quick and on time ferry. Seats are rigid and not too comfortable. Toilets are pretty dirty and missing any toilet paper, soap or hand sanitiser.

The ticket mail mentioned pier 1 as checkin point but in reality it was pier 3. We had to run 800 m with all our baggage to get the ferry in time.

Boat took us to tagbailarán pier instead of Panglao which was an extra 30 minute boat journey then charged us 150 pesos each for a transfer which took nearly an hour with stops. No warning about the change of destination.

Well, it might be nice. If you have information on the steps, it takes to board the ferry, like buying a ticket, then paying the port tax, then, the Navy tax, in a certain order, informing your clients what will be required of them to actually board the faring.
