I was late for my connecting bus which left me stranded in budabest at 3 am. Fack all. Waiting around and the driver being rude to our group.

What to do next when unexpected happens. Due to the delay, I lost my connection in Budapest and spent over 3 hours outdoors in cold like a homeless.

Fair service. Why to stop for 20 minutes 60 minutes before arriving? Why not to stop a little bit more Hungarian place. I felt like as if I was in Turkey which is definitely a good place but my ticket was to Budapest and not to Ankara.

We had to wait for literally 10 hours at the border control between Serbia and Hungary. You did not have to pay extra for the bags. The bus had to wait for 10 hours. It would be more convenient if they would drive a bus to both sides of the boarder and let the customers walk over the boarder and leaving both busses in the same country.
