No stops or communication. No toilet stops or toilet on board and no communication as to when there was time to get off. The driver didn’t count or check anyone on or off bus so could have easily driven off without someone. Meant for a very uncomfortable 4 hour ride!

Pretty standard Bosnian bus ride. It's fairly affordable and gets you where you need to go. Pretty standard Bosnian bus experience. Even though I had a ticket (which I'd bought online) I had to pay an extra 2KM to get onto the departure platform. I paid another 3KM to put my bag in the luggage hold (that's normal in Bosnia). The bus was old, the seats squeaked, the bus suspension made for a fairly bumpy ride. The bus ride itself was scheduled to be 5 hours, it took 6.5 hours (to be fair, there was a long stretch of roadworks coming into Sarajevo). The bus was hot, it didn't seem like the airconditioning was working (if there was any) and the toilet was locked. Given there was only one toilet stop on the journey (which was about 2 or 2.5 hours in) and the bus ride running way overtime, this wasn't ideal. But, as I say, from my experience so far, this seems to be pretty standard for bus rides in Bosnia.

Bad experience. Only that I arrived alive. Bus was old and damaged. It was raining and the bus had several leaks, wetting who was inside.

Extremely courteous and helpful driver. Comfortable seats Punctuality. Drivers didn't speak English. No seat belts in bus.

Great service. The driver was pleasant to interact with even though we do not speak the local language. We did not arrive much later than planned, so it was great! The bus was very hot for the first half of the trip, so it was a little uncomfortable. Thankfully, the air conditioning was eventually turned on.

Bus was dirty and driver was smoking while driving. Driver was professional on very uncomfortable roads. Driver was smoking while driving and whole bus was in smell! When I asked to qiut he did it. Bus was dirty, in the windows were litter.

I went to the bus station. To reach the peron i paid 1 or 2 BAM for little paper(i used that paper on turnike to reach Perons) and I paid 2 BAM for my backpack. Why I have to pay for these?
