We didn’t know where to go, eventually after some help from locals we found the check in. But the trip was fine!

Check in is in billabong cafe. Process was smooth and boat was on time. Boat is a bit cramped but not too bad. Air conditioning is working. It's actually a bit too cold. Better to sit upstairs if you are sea sick

Very good! At first it seems a bit busy on the boat, but on the top it was very nice in the sun and the air. You can not buy drinks on the boat only beer… but we arrived within 2 hours so it was fine. Boat also arrived on schedule so very nice.

The sped boat was lovely and comfortable and quick but the hotel transfer never showed up and was not contactable despite numerous messages and phone calls. I had to order and pay for a taxi then to rush to the harbour and we managed to just get on before the boat left. It was very stressful.

Boat said I was at 1pm didn't leave till gone 3pm have to wait around in the scorching heat on top of that an aparent 1.30 hour journey took 2.30 was pretty fed up by the end of it to say the least.

Everything worked well. Pickup from the hotel were on time. The ferry ride took about 2,5h with best weather conditions. We arrived 2 hrs later than expected. The air condition on the ferry didn't work.

Changed pier! my 15 min travel time changed to 2 hours and had to be up for 5:30am
