The transport was not bad, but unfortunately both on the outward and on the return journey the schedules were not respected and we delayed by at least an hour. Street i. There have been many stops to take other people. But the bus is very nice!

The bus' AC was barely on which made the 6hr ride pretty terrible. The bus stopped at 2 rest stops and 4 other unsolicited stops to pick up and drop off locals to a few destinations which added to the long trip. Wouldn't recommend.

The travel agency I booked wasn’t the one I got. In the end it was the bad rated one. We had to change the van once and the guys didn’t really speak any English, so the communication was hard. Everything was very stressful.

Bus was only 10min late, clean and comfy. We had to switch 2 times but the buses were the same. Bad thing were the drivers. Very kind and friendly yet driving unsafe, speeding and overtaking everything even medical transports. It made me feel sick.

The CEO wrote me insufficient information about the fact we'd leave earlier than the time we booked. He was unspecific about the time even though I asked several times what departure time is. Turned out is was only 15 min earlier, but we arrove 40 min before the scheduled time. Pretty unpleasant for such an early tour that we booked. After that there were two transfers, which we had no transparency about in advance. Also the mentioned travel duration was by far not the actual one.

The Pickup was on time but when we arrived in Ninh Binh we had to get out of the Bus and wait 20 Minuten for another one. Then we drove to Hanoi and had to get out, bit only a few of us, not all of us. Then we had to get into a 3rd bus. But the drove us directly to our hotel, so that was a nice extra service.
The 1,5h duration was not met though, all together it took us about 3h.

The customer service was great. They picked us up at our step door. The bus was a bit old and dirty, but everything worked well (A/C, seats, curtains, etc. The driver was nice and helpful but his driving was terrible, speaking on the phone with no hands-free, speeding, overtaking in curves...etc. we arrived well, fortunately, and he took us to our hostel.

We had to change the vehicle 3 times and had to wait in different locations. No one told us when we will be picked up. We arrived one hour later than expected. Also, the driver wanted me to pay 100k more for picking me up at the initial arrival location. I showed them that in the booking the arrival and pick up point was fixed and after long discussion I did not need to pay extra

Communication was superb. We were a few minutes late because our flight was delayed and told the company beforehand so they waited for us (was literally just 5 minutes but if they wouldn't have known they would've driven off).
Driving was good, calm for Vietnamese standards. Bus was okay for a day trip.

First you have to take a taxi to a hotel near the airport.
They say to be there 30 min prior departure. After 45 minutes waiting, you have to call to check where the driver is. After 2 attempts, a car comes pick you up, then goes in Hanoi traffic jam to another meeting spot. There, you have to wait another 40 minutes until couch goes off.
So instead of departing at 11:30, I left around 2. So more than 2 hours waiting and 2 hours late...
Couch is confortable.

Travel on time. No bus change and meeting and drop off location was accurate.
Nevertheless, driving attitude is not acceptable and way too dangerous, especially slaloming on the highway, 20kmph above limitation and on the emergency lane.

I was prepared for some bad reviews, but I arrived on time, didn't have to change trains, and was satisfied with getting from Hanoi to Tam Coc in an hour and a half. However, they texted me a different location 20 minutes before the meeting time. In the first place, I was wondering if I really parked my car in such a place, so I wanted you to specify it from the beginning.

We made it to the circus on time and there were a lot of different vans there to pick people up. Our voucher showed a certain type of van with the Truly Hagiang logo on it, so logically we were looking for this van. We were supposed to leave at 12:30 pm, but we were still standing there until 13:00 pm without any sight of the pictured van. All of a sudden another van came up to us, turned out that was the one we had booked. It didn’t have truly hagiang on it and it did not look like the picture so we wasted half an hour of our time waiting for another van.
We were finally in the van and started driving towards Tam Coc. It seemed like the driver wanted to make up for lost time because he was driving so recklessly. I get that driving here is a bit more bold than in Europe but this was just plain dangerous.
We arrived in Ninh binh and then had to transfer vans (which wasn’t known to us), and then we were brought to Tam Coc, happy that we were still alive and not in a car crash..

the van was good and clean.we arived somewhere in ninh bin 10 km from the villige and the guy from the office just try to sale us a bike insted to asist us.we underestend from them day before that they take us to our homestay . they are not try to help us .we talled him where we need to go .he offer to take us for 200k .we order grab for 100k. they not speek english only whene he try to sale a bike then hes underestand and speek perfect

The VIP bus never showed up, without any information from the company. 1,5 hours later we instead got instructed to go on another bus (a sleeper bus of lower standard). Arriving in Hanoi 3 hours later than planned. After contacting 12go we got a minor refund, but it didn’t even cover the price difference between VIP and sleeper bus. Better than nothing though.

First pick up coordinations where wrong, than there was no bus coming, after a call someone picked us up and drove as to central Hanoi, from there bus was running to Ninh Binh there we had to change bus again and this drove us to Tam Coc.

The pickup point was outside the airport on the road with no indication of that actually being the spot we were going to be picked up. We were then driven by someone in a car to downtown Hanoi and left at a coffee shop where the bus was going to meet us in 10 minutes. 40 minutes later a bus showed up and took us part way where we we left to take another bus that we had no idea we were supposed to be doing. That bud finally got us to our destination 2 hours late. The only good thing I can say is the last bus driver at least dropped us at the hotel and not out on the road again.

I had somewhat mixed experience with my booking. The van was supposed to leave at 12:30 pm from Central Circus. I reached early to make sure I locate and board the van, but there was no sign or indication to locate it at Central Circus. I contacted the hoteline number on my ticket and after a while they sent someone to get me. The van I was provided with at their office did not leave until 1:45pm, so quite a time was lost at the pick up point waiting.
After few minutes of drive, few os us in the van were shifted to another van which drove us till Trang An, smooth shift but the first van quality was far better. Then at Trang an, I was shifted to a car and the car drove me till my homestay.
It would have been great if there was a way to locate the van at the pick up point so I didn't have to be worried and lose the additional time, so one star less for that. The van that boarded at the pick up point was not same as in the picture so there was no way to identify it. Overall they ensured to drop me at my homestay, and all drivers drove fine with no issues.

Limousine Van was good, but we departed late. The pickup point is not what it says on 12go, its 79 Tran nhan tong street.
Had to change vehicles once into a very old van, driver was on his phone all the time and I had to reach into the steering wheel once.
Arrived 1h late.
Service via WhatsApp was good.

Bus was on time and driver proactively located us at the pick up point at Central Circus. The office also called to ensure we were at the pick up point and that the driver had found us. Bus was very comfortable and clean. We had to change buses for the final 20 mins to Tam Coc but that was no issue, just something to be aware of if you're taking this route. Dropped right at the boat dock so very central and short walk to the local accommodation. Overall a smooth and pleasant trip.

Pick up on time, arrived before expected to the airport. We move only once from a limousine van to a normal car, but no matter. Both drivers have Vietnamese style, fast in traffic. Very good experience, zero problems

On the plus side the company picked us up early from the airport. Beyond that, everything was very poor. Multiple random stops within Hanoi, then a stop at highway services to pickup additional customers from another bus. During that stop the driver refused to allow anyone to go to the shop or use the restrooms despite us being stopped for more than 30 minutes and the driver having multiple cigarettes. Finally, we were transferred onto another bus just outside of Ninh Binh before we finally were taken to Tam Coc. Driver ignored questions from customers and was reading his phone whilst driving.

Most of the AC vents cover were not working so heavy Aircon coming on your face which you can't stop in already cd weather of December

We changed car 3 time. We didn't go directly to the airport. We drove through downtown Hanoi and changed cars there. We were at the airport 1.5 hours later.

We were picked up from our hotel and also dropped off to our hotel at destination, which was great. We had to change vans many times though and I cannot say that drivers drive safe at all, very unnecessary override at all times - however, that seems to be part of the driving culture here so might not be possible to avoid. We were late of schedule maybe 45 mins so not bad. Communication through whatsapp was fast abd efficient!

Pick up point adress and google maps coordinates aren't the same. (Driver came to 7 Cua Dong street). Car broke down during the drive. At least another car arrived quickly and we onlay had 1.5 hours delay. To buy an extra seat with big baggage (>10kg) is misleading to write in the description. We didn't got an extra seat but payed an additional ticket. Driver didnt know anything about end/ drop off adress of Ha An hotel 168 Tran Hung Dao. At least driving us there

Overall everything was OK, we were late 1 and half hours. The first hour we were just stopping by random places, to take gasoline, or for unknown reason.
They didn't have me on their list, basically forgot that they should pick me up 😃 Thankfully, another couple was waiting for the bus at the same stop and the driver came to pick them up. Otherwise, I think they would just forget about me. The driver didn't understand a word in English and at the beginning he was showing to me by gestures to stay because I wasn't on his list.
At the end, I got into the bus and there was one more person sitting next to the driver as they over counted their passengers 😅
Their whatsapp support is good, though. Maybe it's better to contact them and confirm the booking.

First we were told we are picked up then we went ahead with the booking and then we were told no. After I reminded them that they already agreed to it they picked us up. The pick up did not really worked out. We were picked up 1h later then agreed. There was to be a lot of bad traffic but we could not see any on Google. The driver is driving very fast. However, in the end we arrived were we wanted only 1,5h later.

Very good experience. I booked my trip for a wrong date and the company changed it right away after I contacted them Via Whatsapp, for free. The driver was at time at the pick up station. From Hanoi do Ha Giang we were 1 hour late. The driver was not rude, normal, zero English. He drove me as last one in the bus alone to my destination hostel, which was a big plus!
