Kami mengembara dari Koh Lipe ke Phuket. Mula-mula, kami menaiki bot laju ke Jeti Pakbara, kemudian van ke Krabi. Sehingga itu, semuanya baik-baik saja. Walau bagaimanapun, dari terminal bas Krabi, kami menaiki bas yang agak tidak selesa. Tempat duduk belakang tidak boleh dilaraskan, dan ruang kaki sangat terhad. Bas itu juga digunakan untuk pengangkutan tempatan, jadi kami sentiasa berhenti untuk membiarkan orang ramai naik dan turun. Kami turun dari bas sebelum sampai ke perhentian terakhir di Phuket dan mengupah pemandu Bolt untuk 20 kilometer terakhir. Oleh itu, satu mata ditolak untuk bas terakhir.

Wir sind von Koh Lipe nach Phuket gefahren. Zuerst mit dem Speedboat zum Pakbara Pier. Dann mit dem Van weiter nach Krabi. Bis dahin war auch alles gut. Ab dem Krabi Bus Terminal sind wir jedoch in einem recht unbequemen Bus eingestiegen. Die Lehne konnte man nicht nach hinten verstellen und es gab nur wenig Beinfreiheit. Der Bus wird auch für Fahrten für die einheimischen genutzt. Deshalb sind wir ständig angehalten und haben Leute ein und aus gelassen. Wir haben den Bus schon vor der Endstation in Phuket verlassen und uns für die letzten 20km einen Bolt Fahrer bestellt. Deshalb für den letzten Bus einen Punkt Abzug

Speedboat as usual very cramped but the rest of the journey was smooth and the vans were comfy.

The trip itselfwas fine, but the lack of a detailed itinery makes it more difficult and stressful.
It would have been useful to know that when leaving the boat one has to make one's way to the operator's office (nobody meets or guides you) abd also that one has to change buses and re-check in. It is very confusing to be kicked off one bus without knowing why orwhat to do next!
Fortunately drivers and staff are helpful, despite language barriers.
But really, I think 12go should provide a detailed itinerary so that passengers know whatto expect and where to go.

We booked a trip from Koh Lipe to Phuket. The speedboat from Koh Lipe to Pak Bara Pier was great - no issues at all. Yet when you get to Pak Bara you have no idea where the van to Phuket is located (no directions are given before hand and no-one meets you at Pak Bara). After you find the van yourself, you’re squished into a van with packages that are dropped off on the journey. A few hours into the trip we were also asked to leave the van at a bus stop and told a different van would pick us up in 30 minutes. We arrived to Phuket over an hour late due to the number of stops on the way to pick up (drop off) packages and other stops for unclear reasons. We weren’t given any water or food during the entire 10 hour journey (there was 1 stop at 7-11 for us to buy our own food/water).
Overall, poor communication and not a great experience for a long journey
