Very comfortable bus and polite staff. I think there may have been some confusion because I booked a 6pm journey and I was phoned at 5.30 pm to ask me to hurry to the station. I did that and then waited until 7pm to get a ride. I speak English and I understand that causes confusion. (Is there a way you could work around this situation to provide foreign customers with even better service?)

A brilliant way to travel from HCMC to Vūng Tàu. No need to worry about the traffic..Journey took 2 hours and you're given a bottle of water, a small packet of rice crackers and sweet wipe. Highly recommend this mode of transport 👍.

The driver was great. Kind, told us how long the stop would take, which they normally dont and drove very proactively and fast, which is nice.

Driver was very bad. Did not know how to use gears. Pumping, gasing and using only 4 gears make this drive very uncomfortable.

Excellent bus trip from HCMC to Vung Tau. The departure time was changed to 30 minutes earlier on the morning but they communicated this by WhatsApp with lots of notice. The minibus was spacious and clean with water and electric reclining seats with massage settings. We stopped once and were dropped off at our specific destination. We would recommend this company for this journey!

It was late for half an hour, the vehicle was not cleaned, there were empty bottles from the last trip and the broken chairs, also they didn’t provide drinking water
