You allowed large groups of passengers at the ticket windows with no social distancing of any kind. Many were not wearing masks. You failed to take temperatures of passengers before boarding, as stated in your promotional materials. Both passengers and employees jammed into the food service areas without following even minimal COVID-19 protective measures. You provided a DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT which, in all probability, is also in violation of Thai federal law. NOTHING ELSE ABOUT THE TRIP OR THE SERVICE MATTERS.
