Verena SJika anda mengabaikan laluan kasar yang sedang dipandu kereta api, ia adalah sempurna. Tetapi itu di mana-mana sama. Dengan pil tidur masa berlalu. Semuanya baik, syarikat lain mempunyai gerabak yang lebih bagus, tetapi ia bersih dan kami mendapat beg kecil dengan pisang dan air. Jadi secara keseluruhannya bagus untuk melancong bersama.

Ann PDaftar masuk di Mango Hotel dan menunggu di hotel. Dibawa terus ke kereta api dan ditunjukkan ke kabin kami. 4 kabin kelahiran, seks campuran. Katil agak selesa. Titik pengecasan USB mengikut kepala manik. Mudah untuk tidur - sangat tenang. Croissant, pisang dan susu dalam kabin untuk sarapan pagi serta uncang teh dan kopi. Air panas komunal di Isle. Kakitangan sangat membantu. Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah tandas.

Ben GIt was nothing special, quite cramped and the rooms were fairly hot. Only snacks provided, personally I would go by bus or air instead.

Goran CThe bus was over an hour late on departure and the drop off was on the outskirts of Hue and not in the city where we would have a few steps to accommodation. If we wouldn't recieve the email with the licence plate number we would have missed the bus. And also the staff was ignoring us for the first part, even when we showed the voucher. We also had to show the email with the licence plate. They even tried to make us only take 2 beds. As we are a family of 3, but we booked and payed for 3 pax so they couldn't do nothing regarding that. And at the next stop they tried it with another group of 3 pax...
The driver that drove the first part, was driving too agressive and they smoked, so the smoke was all over the bus.
The comfort was ok, but with the agressive driving it all got lost as I was all over my space.

Bianca Unfriendly bus driver who screamed at us and touched us, even we were awake already.
The bus was dirty and smelled like smoke.

Hannah MThis is a really good option for travelling from Hanoi to Hue, it was well organised and pretty comfortable for a train bed! There was a good selection of free things in the room and the food cart came round pretty regularly. It was on time and the toilets were clean, give it a go!
