Tempah untuk 9 - sampai ke tempat pengambilan untuk diberitahu kerusi yang tidak mencukupi dijual jadi perlu menunggu sehingga 10. Perjalanan mengambil masa 8.5 jam. Bas adalah bersih dan bagus walaupun.

12Go tidak menempah tiket, memberikan nombor telefon saya kepada syarikat bas (yang mereka perlukan untuk mencari tiket saya), dan tidak membayar syarikat itu tepat pada masanya. Maklumat mengenai terminal dan masa berlepas tidak dijelaskan oleh 12Go dan maklumat keselamatan covid yang diberikan oleh 12Go tidak tepat. Thanh Buoi bagus- tetapi 12Go payah.

The bus kept stopping to deliver post packages all the time delaying the time. The bus never stopped at the designated end destination, it was a scam, they dropped us off at a post office in the rain 2 hours away from the end stop i paid for. After i complained they got me on a second bus which i was stuck on for 2 hours and they dropped me off at a random station which was 40 mins away from the designated stop i paid for. It was a big scam they prioritize the postal packages not the customers, i waisted 5 hours of my time and i had to pay for a taxi in the end, so wasting my money.

The bus on time. Driver and co-driver are friendly. We stop at their bus pool, but they take us to the nearest pool from the hotel for free

The price was 150k more than if I was to buy the ticket direct from the bus station, I did not think the prices on here would be 50% more than the actual prices

Was a comfortable bus honestly. Instructions for boarding were clear. However, the arrival time was set at 6:15 and we got in at 4am to a location that was not the one set on the ticket. I asked the staff member and he looked clueless. I know times are an estimate but 2.15 hours early is a bit ridiculous, we had no accommodation booked for the night and didn’t know where we were. Overall a comfortable ride but just be wary.
