Trajet de Siem reap à Phnom Penh de 6h.
Nous étions sur les sièges arrières qui sont trop petits en largeur.
La climatisation n'était pas assez puissante.
Le chauffeur s'arrête sans nous dire combien de temps cela va durer.

Also for the can driver good guy buy more on phone texting, very dangerous ps try to convey this to virak transport.

Almost missed it as the map location is wrong. It is by the roundabout, to the right after the border zone down an alleyway behind the obvious transport place. Note: the immigration hase moved closer to the border, it's no longer behind the immigration office.
Staff were nice and put me on a motorbike to catch it. The van was comfortable but seatbelts didn't seem to work. Fast and scary driving but still 2 hours late.
There was a short stop at their siem reap depot with toilets. There was a 30 minute stop at a service station with very good toilets, a convenience store and cafe and a lakeside restaurant. The food was all khmer and i didn't find anything vegetarian in the restaurant. Ok coffee though.
The driver spoke English enough to tell me how long we would stop etc. And if requested he could find another toilet stop, though obviously this would make things slower.
Overall, having used a number of other travel companies in Cambodia i would say this is a good one.

Driver stopped thrice to pick up other passengers, but I am not sure if they even bought the tickets. Other than that, bus was clean and left on time. Seats were comfortable. 15min stop for a toilet break and snack run along the way.

We were pleasantly surprised when the bus arrived and it was brand new with great air conditioning. Good service and almost on time. Unfortunately it drops you very far outside of siem reap (over an hour to walk) so you are forced to use their tuktuks. The location we were told was central. It is NOT central. Download PassApp in advance and order a tuktuk that way. Ask for wifi from the bus station people to use their internet to do this.

Wir hatten hin und zurück einen Super-Driver, der uns sicher und geschickt durch den. Kambodschanischen Verkehr befördert hat. Dabei blieb er weit unter der vorher angegebenen Fahrzeit. Der Bus war gut klimatisiert. Bequeme Situe mit genug Beinfreiheit.

Finding the right place to take the minivan was a challenge but they have been very helpful to get me there and waited for me. The minivan driver have been very nice and helpful too. The minivan was very comfy and new.

Für Europäer sind die nette sehr schmal und kurz.
Es gibt keinerlei Sicherung in den Hochbetten, was bei einer ruhigen fahrt mit markenlosen Straßen kein Problem ist, jedoch sind die Straßen und der Fahrstyle landestypisch kreativ.
Die Ankunftszeit sind als UNGEFÄHRE Richtlinien /+3std zu verstehen.

The bus is pretty comfortable for a night journey. But the staff was lacking of getting information to the passengers, for us was okay because was our way back to Bangkok.

Comfortable beds that fit 2 people reasonably well. Only downfalls were the lack of bathroom stops that has somewhere for the women to pee, as well as the bus driver having loud conversations and playing music. If that wasnt bas enough the bus never drops you off where it says it is going to, and that leaves you to fend for yourself against the tuk-tuk drivers. If given the opportunity to do it again I would have chosen giant ibis.

Con dos horas de espera antes de la frontera.
Una vez en la friontera nos hacen bajar, nos hacen una breve explicación de cómo tenemos que hacer, explicación muy pobre , nos dicen que nos esperan del otro lado
Hacemos los trámites adivinando cada paso ya que nadie está ahí para explicarnos y al pasar caminado la frontera nos hacen esperar dos horas sin explicación alguna .
En resumen bastante desastroso el servicio

before the trip, the ladies at the counter were not helpful at all, the bus we were supposed to be in left w/o us. good thing the cleaning lady made us ride the next bus and the driver took us to a nice stop over. b

The bus was ok, and we could sleep through, but it should be stated that you have to change buses in Phnom Penh. We were woken up a bit too roughly and were told contradicting things. It also took more time to get to Sihanoukville, which could be be an issue if you have a connecting boat, like us.

Although the bus is old, the trip is comfortable if you travel alone in the bed. The air conditioner works fine only during the night.

From Battambang to another city we were driven by a small Van which as uncomfortable... Then we were waiting 20 mins for a bus. Bu ms however, was really comfortable with internet working all the time!!

We took the night bus (sleeper) from Battambang to Sihanoukville, but altought we had reed the comments about VET we booked the travel.
And ... if you are a little familiar by travelling in cambodia, it was absolutely no problem.
Booked by agency... recomfirmed at the VET office in Battambang, bus leaving Battambang just on time at 11 pm.
Sleeping berth sufficient, but only a size of 1.7 m. enough space for 2 people, arrival at Phnom Penh just on time, changing bus at Phnom Penh, departing just in time, arrival at Sihanoukville only half hour late.
We can recommend traveling by bus also by VET, but you must check for all needed information by yourself.

Generally I have loved travelling with Virak Buntham. However this trip was something else. I was on the bed right at the back on the bottom bunk which didn’t even give enough room to sit up. It was on top of the engine so there was heat constantly rising up through the bed and it was boiling. I kept having panic attacks due to feeling claustrophobic and ended up sitting in the isle for a few hours. It was honestly horrible. All the other bed are absolutely fine. But that one on the bottom bunk right at the back is the absolute worst.

There was nobody who could speak English during the way (only in the office at the beginning in Siem Reap) so they did not want to talk to us. We were quite nervous the whole way because we were stopping many times in the middle of nowhere and the staff was opening the trunk and taking our bags out (leaving them on the dirty ground). Luckily nothing got lost but we really did not understand what was hapennig. Besides that the bus was quite comfy but ask in the office to be upstairs. If you are down, then there are no windows and you don´t know what is happening with your bags.

Very fast. Drove in 4h instead of 5. It is small but as it was expected and described on website (for people taller than 170cm you cant streatch your legs) but overall all good.

They picked us up in time, the staff was super friendly and helpful at the boarder and the bus was big (no mini van) and had air condition. We had a good journey.
The WiFi didn’t work that well, but I could use it for checking my e-mails, at least. But you can’t count on the WiFi if you want to do some google-research.
All in all it was a good trip and I would book it again, especially for crossing a boarder.

3 stops on a four hour ride. Probably the driver get commission from the vendors or he has urinating problems.
Also he was on the phone all the time while driving. Arrived an hour and a half late.

At first, we were on a sleeper bus going to Phnom Penh (11pm to 5am). Then we were asked to leave the bus at 5am because we will transfer to another bus according to the bus driver. Then we waited for an hour (just sitting infront of their office) waiting for the tuktuk to take us to the bus going to Ho Chi Minh. It took us another 7hrs to reach the immigration. The bus conductor collected all passports and proceed to the immigration counters. Then almost 1hr to reach the bus station where we all alighted.

Service ok. Free water, a blanket, pillow, a plug and AC (a bit broken so we could not control the amount of air coming out). You have to be okay with sleeping with a lot of noise. Otherwise it was good.

Took o/n sleeper Siem Reap to Ho Chi Minh. took us only to Phnom Penh and then waited hours to then get on a normal bus to Ho Chi Minh.. would have booked differently had the transfer details been stated up front

The staff were amazing - made everything so easy and smooth. Coach was really comfy and even had WiFi (which was a bit on and off but can’t complain!). Helped us over the boarder and were just lovely people. Highly reccomend.

Comfortable ride. Had a great first time in a sleeper bus, I slept comfortably throughout the trip. However, the bed is to be shared by two people good thing I was with my sister but for solo travellers it might be awkward or maybe its a way to meet new friends.

Поездка прошла благополучно. Микроавтобусы класса VIP с комфортными широкими кожаными креслами. Кондиционер был настроен хорошо - не было ни холодно, ни душно. Останавливались за всю поездку раз пять. В это время можно было и покушать и в туалет сходить. Была пересадка в Пномпене. Следующий автобус ждали совсем недолго - минут 20. Водители вежливые и заботливые. Не лихачили. Отдельно обращали внимание сколько стоим и для каких нужд остановка. Четверку ставлю потому что прибыли на полтора часа позже заявленного времени.

No toilet on sleeper-bus, they made some stops tho. But the "caves" are reaaally small.
Row A is "down" row B is "up" and a bit spacier. If you can, reserve in Row B.
Also the beds are just ~1.75m in length.
