Tentang Lomprayah
Walaupun sesetengah pulau kini boleh diakses oleh kapal terbang atau disambungkan ke tanah besar dengan jambatan, feri kekal menjadi satu-satunya cara untuk sampai ke sesetengah pulau, pantai tersembunyi atau destinasi tepi laut yang terindah dan menakjubkan yang lain. Feri yang mengangkut kereta adalah lebih besar dan lebih perlahan ketika membawa kenderaan dan penumpang dari seluruh dunia, tetapi dalam kes tertentu, anda perlu memilih bot laju ekspres atau katamaran yang lebih kecil dan laju untuk sampai ke destinasi anda. ViP bus is very comfortable and the trips by bus and by ferry were perfects. The 5th star is lost because we arrived before 5:30 AM at the pier and everything was closed. We had to wait there for 2 hours before ferry departure.

Too much time without a stop. It would be extremely easy to have one or two 5 minutes stop. It is even safer for the driver, the passengers and even for the bus engine, which is not last launch model... Apart from that, everything was correct.

A bit chaotic at Khoe San Rd we walked our luggage to the 'roundabout' but no bus,when they did arrive,three were 3 with no real instruction as to which one was which. We left an hour late but thateant less of a wait for the ferry.
After that all went smoothly,lovely half hour sto at a 'sevices'.

The transfer from bus to ferry included a 3 hour wait, which was not stated before we booked. This was not apparent before we were dropped of at the pier at 3:30 am, the ferry departed at around 7 am. The bus was very uncomfortable because of very little leg room.

Everything was taken care of from the beginning to the end. The trip to island was crazy bumpy due to the weather so if someone has a poor stomach I don’t recommend Lomprayah.

Easy to check-in on the pier in phi phi, people all pointed me towards check-in desk and told me who I needed to go to. There was then people waiting otherside in krabi with the company sign so was obvious what bus to get and the bus then drops you right outside the final boat. Both boats can be quite bumpy so if you get sea sick would be best to take tablets.

Super comfortable ans well organize. It went betterbthan we expected. Speed brat was nice and on time. There is staff everywhere to point you in the right direction. It is super easy to get around. Once moved to bus, ride was also really nice. We stopped 2 times, for a bathroom break 5min, and 30min break so we had enough time to grab quick lunch. We asked od they can stop for us close to Phuket airport and they did. They stop on point where there are taxi drivers, 7/11 and atm so it was super easy to grab a taxi and go to the airport. Great service and great value for money. Highly recommend

Katamaran je bio brz ali poslije bus je bio spor pa smo kasnili 2 sata. Bus stariji i baš ne ugodan ali je bilo mjesta da se premjesti pa se ima 2 mjesta. I naravno klima kao i svuda u Tajlandu, treba jakna i čarape 😁

We were dropped off 4 hours before the ferry, waiting for the boat. They gave only water without a snack. It's a very long swim to Koh Samui. It is better to choose another company with a different port.

Very organized. In truth, we were not left at Tapee Pier but rather a Pier called THE PIER. Then there were a number of buses at the pier waiting for you. We went directly to Surat old town and the bus terminal area.

Der Transfer hat super funktioniert. Wir sind zwar eine halbe Stunde später am Ziel gewesen, aber das war für uns nicht weiter schlimm. Man sollte aber bedenken, dass man nicht direkt in der Stadt, sondern an Lompraya Office oder am Flughafen rausgelassen wird.

Von Koh Pha-Ngan ging es im Speedboot nach Surat Thani. Dort in einen kleinen V
Bus und nochmals in einen kleinen Van bei Krabi, daraufhin in ein kleines Longboat. Hat alles bestens funktioniert und wir waren sogar eine halbe Stunde eher da.

Bus à l’heure, trajet très confortable avec beaucoup de places ! Possibilité d’incliner le siège +++ et de remonter un petit peu les jambes. Distribution d’eau et de couverture.
Arrivée au ferry vers 5h30 et embarcation à 7h (temps de se prendre un petit café et de profiter du lever du soleil sur le ponton).
Attention : 20 bath pour entrer sur Koh tao / personne

Great service. Took an airport taxi to the dock. Checked in. Ferry departed shortly thereafter. Some late comers struggled to find a seat but they have spare plastic stool on board. The seats are not comfortable for a long crossing but it’s an inter island ferry - exactly as I expected. The advertised 2.5 hour journey took more like 3 hours but, again, I was prepared for it to run late or be slow. Sea crossings depend on various factors (E.g. weather). Arrived safely and luggage was intact and offloaded before we disembarked. Delighted.

The bus is comfortable. Speed boat was very uncomfortable for me! I felt sick. But mostly we had no idea that we would go by bus from one pier to the other. We called to see if we could take the boat directly from Donsak pier but were told no. So we lost one hotel night near Donsak pier and bought another one in Surat Thani, all of this in vain. Please be more informative on where does the boat start.

About 40min delay, which was acceptable, but no clear instructions on which boat to get on eventually (multiple boats were arriving and departing while we were waiting). Waiting area is crowded with no place to sit.
Because of the delay departing koh tao, we missed the connection at koh phangan. Again, no info from the operator where to go. After asking around, we found out there were speedboats waiting to take us further (unclear where they would bring us exactly). Ride in the speedboat was fine and we were brought to a different pier near Donsak and got on the operator's bus. We presumed that would take us to Tapee pier (Lomprayah) as we had booked, but we were dropped in Surat Thani city center instead! No arrangements to be taken to Tapee pier. Lucky for us our hotel was close by, so we did not have to pay a taxi to take us much further.

The boat was delayed three hours! The staff on the boat also had no idea where to go, in the first instance we were told to transfer in Koh Phangan, then we had to change again in Koh Samui. Because of all the hassle we would miss the taxi we booked separately. Contacted 12GoAsia by email and they were fantastic! they informed the taxi driver that we were late and when we got there three hours later than agreed, the driver was just waiting for us! really great!
