Der Bus hatte Verspätung beim Treffpunkt, wir sind aber pünktlich angekommen in Sapa, dass war super! Der erste Fahrer fuhr sehr aggressiv, wass das schlafen im Nachtbus erschwerte. Nach dem Fahrerwechsel, war es besser!

Das Einsammeln von verschiedenen Hotels verlief organisiert. Der Bus war sehr voll und wir mussten und direkt hinter den Fahrer setzen, wo wir nur einen halbhohen Fußraum hatten. Wir haben darüberhinaus leider gar keine Infos bekommen und der Fahrer sprach kein Wort Englisch. Erst kurz vor Ankunft ging eine Englischsprachige Frau rum, um uns nach unseren Ankunfthotels zu fragen. Dann wurden wir mitten in der Stadt abgesetzt und sollten uns von dort aus selber ein Taxi nehmen.

Wir sind 30 min früher losgefahren und KAMEN 3 STUNDEN ZU FRÜH AN! Mitten in der Nacht um 3:20 Uhr wurden wir abgesetzt! Da wir geplant hatten, erst nach 6 Uhr morgens anzukommen, hatten wir auch keine Unterkunft für die Nacht. Der Fahrer ist außerdem gefahren wie ein Henker. Wie man SO VIEL zu früh ankommen kann, ist mir schleierhaft. Man könnte eine Masche dahinter vermuten, denn wer bucht schon Busse, die mitten in der Nacht ankommen?

Überraschend für mich war, dass ich 2 Mal das Fahrzeug wechseln musste. Davon hatte ich nichts gelesen. Die Fahrt hat insgesamt eine Stunde länger gedauert als angegeben.

Guter Bus mit viel Komfort. Leider wurde man nicht informiert, wann angehalten wird und wie lange. Der Fahrer hielt 2 mal an, um auf Toilette gehen zu können. Die Toilette befand sich beide Male in einem absolut dreckigen und ekligen Privathaus, durch das man durchlaufen musste. Wir haben uns sehr unwohl gefühlt. Man muss im Bus die Schuhe ausziehen und in eine Tüte stecken, damit der Bus sauber bleibt. Als ich beim erneuten Einsteigen meine Schuhe auszog und sie nicht schnell genug in die Tüte stecken konnte, riss mir der Assistent des Busfahrers sehr aggressiv meine Schuhe aus der Hand.

I contacted the bus operator before hand and they replied to me almost right away, asnwering all of my questions which was amazing, I was afraid that nobody was going to answer me. The bus was very punctual and was like the pictures shown on the website. It was a pretty smooth ride too, I was actually able to sleep all the way until we made it to sapa. The drivers were not able to speak English however they tried their best to use google translate to help me understand them. Keep up the good work!

Pick up was on time, but travel time is very inaccurate. False advertising I would say. Travel time on ticket 3h.Time on Google maps is showing 4h. With the stop it took us 4:30 which is ok, but you shouldn't advertise it as 3h. Bus and staff on bus very good.

Bus was comfortable, but way too many stops collecting goods and the. Dropping those off on the way. At the end we paid for our own taxi as they were messing us around with the hotel drop off. Managed to get some sleep but not a lot.

The pickup “station” isn’t actually a station and you don’t need to be there 30 mins early to “check in” the pick up point is literally coordinates on the side of the road and someone comes and picks you up and takes you to the bus

Compartments were a bit small with 3 columns of beds instead of 2. Bus left late but arrived early. Driver was driving fast. 2 stops for restaurant and toilets which was great for a 7h journey. It was a good trip.

We arrived at the pick up location as per the booking confirmation 20 minutes before departure yet the bus was not there. Then we got a text when the bus was meant to depart saying due to traffic they had to leave early and could not find us. I tried calling his number but he did not answer and text back saying please text me instead. I explained I was at the pick up location in the car park. He sent us a location of a coffee cafe a short walk away and told us to wait there and he send a smaller car to pick us up and bring us to the bus that would wait for us. This did happen which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of zero. We were on the first bus from 7:40pm until circa midnight when we had to swap buses, it was then we were swapped onto a already full bus and we had to take the bottom row cabins at the back of the bus that don’t recline flat so you’re sat up at 45 degrees for the remaining 12 hours of the trip which made it very hard to sleep and stretch out. The bus was meant to arrive in Da Nang at 11 and I believe we arrived around 12:20. Besides this the buses were very clean and did stop regularly for toilet breaks.

i got picked up around the estimated time. The bus itself was clean as usual. we stopped often to deliver packages and they were pretty loud in the front considering that it's a sleeper bus. I didn't have a blanket for the first one and a half hours and it was really cold i was wondering if the others have a blanket, yes they did, then i asked the assistant "hellor sir can i please have a blanket" and he said yeah 10 minutes because a other woman had to go to the toilet really urgently and he thought i'm asking for the toilet, then i said no i would like a blanket and he fucking ignored me even though I repeatedly said sir, hello, please, like wtf, he for sure heard me. Then I tabbed another guy and asked him and he brought me one. The communication was quite rude and not clear.

Took several hours longer than planned - some out of their control, but they left am hour late due to late travellers and were doing numerous 'deliveries' along the way which meant stopping. The driver was snappy and not polite. very eratic driving. the pods were comfy which was teh only saving grace

Was going HaLong-DaNang route,in the 1st bus there was a young guy who "piloted" the bus and he was very cool,unfortunately after 3 hours needed to change the bus and there was a very rude old pilot,he was yelling at people.

Bus on time, but only Whatapp message with confirmation of pick up point 2 hours before the bus! Bus a bit cold and dropped us off us off in the middle of nowhere early and abruptly with little warning. Good sleeper cabins otherwise for one person.

Was ok, but we got 2.5 km away from official drop off point (outside tam coc) then driver pulled over to call us a taxi to take us the rest of the way. They refused to drive the last 5 minutes until I said I would walk the rest(which was a 40 min walk). They did eventually take us the full way tho, but it was strange and annoying since it was late.

The main issue was that we had no way of contacting the operator. The pdf showed conflicting info as to the location of the place, and so we were very unsure. The operator was late, so we were afraid we had missed the bus.

The bus driver messaged me the morning of the trip to confirm our pickup location. The driver was on time and the trip went very smoothly. I found the beds had enough room but you may need to tuck your legs up if you are any taller than 5'7"! Overall very good ride and had several stops to use the bathroom.

Not a great experience. The driver was 15min late and a trip that should take us 3.45hr turned out being 5hrs. The driver left us before our drop off point without explanation and another passenger told us that an small car will pick us up from there. Driver very noisy, speaking by phone incredibly loud. The good thing? We actually arrived to our destination. But i wouldn’t recommend it unless you have plenty of time and patience.

It was a great bus ride. They also picked us up at the hostel which was very convenient. We only arrived two hours earlier then the planned time, which was a bit annoying as we arrived now in the middle of the night and had to organize a hotel last minute because of it. That was the only downside.

There was poor communication with pickup location and Reckless driving. Also the driver seemed to be sick (cold/flu?). We did not feel safe. In addition, the vehicle was not in good working order. None of the USB ports worked and it broke down several times on the way to Halong. I cannot recommend this service to others.

It actually went great! For pickup I had to text for them to find me but I was picked up in a small car and then taken to the bus. The bus ride was normal and I made it to my destination. Overall happy with the experience.

We were the only tourists on the bus most of the trip, and they didnt give us any water or enough toilet breaks for such a long trip. The bus also came to the wrong place for pick up and a hour before planned. Luckily we were already early, but if we werent, we would 100% have missed to bus. Also no communication from the bus company about new pick up place, until we contaced them ourselves. Can’t recommend
