Valentine Fwe had a booking with your company to go from Koh Rong to Battambang. During our trip we had many problems :
1) our bus did not exist to go to BTB we had to change for an earlier car
2) the car broke down we change after 1h30/2h in Sihanoukville without explanation
3) we were transferred in a car where we had to sit in the trunk with 2 places for 3 people.
4) We left Sihanoukville at 6:30 pm
5) On the way the car broke and we had a flat tire and again no explanation
6) we arrived at Phomn Penh at 9:30 pm and we rushed in another night bus we did not know about …… no one explained AGAIN.
7) we arrived at BTB at 3am one hour by foot of our hotel when we were supposed to arrive at 11pm ( when tuktuk were still available)
It’s not correct if you company because no one spoke english just a little bit to explain what was happening and no one even tried to do it.
For the price we paid, we except to have a refund. I contacted also 12go Asia.

Summer RExtremely cramped, stopped at toilets with cricket infestations and wouldn’t stop elsewhere, roof leaked on us during a downpour bags on feet and laps due to lack of room, poor delays due to flat tyre

Cassandra CThe bus from Koh rong to Battambang dropped me off in Phnom Penh which I wasn’t told was a connection and then made me wait over 4 hours until I could go to Battambang and didn’t offer any sort of compensation or partial refund for nearly making me miss my hotel check in
