Sharon MPerkhidmatan yang sangat baik. Pada petang sebelumnya, kami dimaklumkan untuk bersedia di lobi 10 minit sebelum berlepas. Bas tiba 5 minit lewat (sangat menepati masa). Perjalanan bas sangat selesa. Menyeberangi sempadan ke Thailand juga baik-baik saja, walaupun kami agak keliru tentang apa yang perlu dilakukan kerana tiada siapa yang memberitahu kami apa-apa. Akhirnya, semuanya berjalan lancar, dan kami juga mempunyai masa yang singkat untuk minum kopi di sebelah Thailand. Kemudian kami meneruskan perjalanan dengan bas ke feri. Di sana, kami perlu "mendaftar masuk", yang bermaksud memberikan nama kami dan hotel yang akan kami kunjungi di Koh Chang. Mereka telah memberi kami nombor kenderaan untuk dituju di Koh Chang. Kami hanya perlu menunggu kira-kira 15 minit sebelum menaiki feri. Perjalanan feri itu bagus, walaupun kapal itu telah melalui hari yang lebih baik—agak berkarat—tetapi ia berjaya. Sebaik sahaja di Koh Chang, kami dijemput dan dibawa ke hotel. Cecil MChanges in the schedule were notified less than 24 hours in advance and we had to pay extra to have a private car half way. Once we arrived at the private car everything went well and the person was really respectful and kind. Before that we were seated in a small van without much explanation and with a guy who doesn't care much about being polite.

Karolina RThe bus drops you off at the border with Thailand and you have to go through the immigration yourself which was a bit chaotic. Once you’re cleared at the immigration you board another Bonsiri branded bus that takes you to the ferry for Koh Chang. At the ferry station you will receive a sticker label with a number on it. This number indicates which taxi you have to go to after you arrive by ferry in Koh Chang. From here the taxi will take you to your hotel. All in all the journey was smooth, although I wish these steps were outlined on the website.

Dmytro PGood but not enough information before crossing the Cambodia/Thai border. You have to change your bus. I had to ask random people, where I can find my bus.
