Klaudia MAgak teragak-agak selepas melihat ulasan yang teruk tetapi perjalanan saya hebat - bas datang lewat kira-kira 50 minit tetapi itu berkemungkinan disebabkan oleh trafik hari cuti, ditambah pula kami telah dikemas kini oleh ejen dari pejabat. Pemandu yang sangat selesa di dalam bas adalah sangat mesra dan peramah, kami berhenti di pertengahan perjalanan dan mereka menyemak semula beberapa kali di mana kami ingin turun. Pengalaman yang sangat bagus

Penghantaran di Ninh Binh adalah mudah dan pemindahan lain sedang menunggu untuk membawa kami ke TamCoc. akan menggunakan perkhidmatan ini semula. 12go juga mudah/ lancar untuk membuat tempahan.

The ride from Hanoi to Ninh Binh was fine, in the promised "Limousine Van" with good A/C and a bottle of water. No stops tho, and crazy driving, even more crazy than other drivers.
From Ninh Binh to Tao Coc was yet another car, but this ride was fine.
Overall a wierd experience, drivers knew no English and the first two drove like crazy.

Namie SThe bus was delayed and there was a bit of disorganization, but that is something that happens frequently here in Southeast Asia. But overall, it was fine.

Daniel JCar was great. However, the rest of the experience was horrible. We get picked up and then pursue to pick up the rest of the people who is driving with us. I understand that this is part of the service, but it took as long as the trip itself as we were the first to get picked up. More than an hour in Hanoi morning traffic. We finally get to the Van, which have to get us to Tam coc. This van was great as said before, but when the driver chooses to drive more than 210km/h and uses the horn everytime he passes another car, then the comfort is not compensating the slighest bit.
A side note for recommendation - please give some guidelines on how to behave as a pasenger. There was a guy doing multiple phone calls (around 10), screaming into the phone on every call. I get you want to kill time, and you are of course allowed to talk on the phone or it might be nessecary - But calling your whole family and friends - and then ignore the fact that there are other people in the van who doesn’t give one damn, then please recommend them to buy there own private transportation if they are that important.
