Perlepasan diatur melalui WhatsApp: 45 minit sebelum waktu perlepasan yang dijadualkan. Kabin VIP Terbaik dengan 20 katil. Sangat menyenangkan. Ketibaan 2.5 jam lebih awal pada jam 3:30 pagi di Teluk Halong. Kami diturunkan di jalan utama dan tidak dibawa ke destinasi yang dimaksudkan, Tuan Chau.

Poor communication from the beginning (said they were picking us up to take us to the bus, then didn't. Lots of stops to pick things up and overall didn't feel like a VIP experience. Eventually got us there bus was chaotic.

Rough to have 2 transfers for a bus that looked like it didn’t, especially when the second bus wasn’t a sleeper. It was expensive compared to some other options too

These triple row sleeper buses are not for everyone. I am 6ft and could not lie down flat. Had to sleep with my feet by my knees all night. There is also no room for bags inside the bus so best stow as much luggage as you can. Book a VIP sleeper if you can, worth the extra money. You also have to change buses in Hanoi which is not well explained.
