Ines Gwhen we arrived at the starting point the staff had a lot of trouble telling us where and how to take the bus
On the ticket it was indicated that we had to arrive at 10 p.m. in Sapa. but it turns out that there was a lot of traffic and we arrived later than expected in Hanoi, once in Hanoi we were told that the bus didn't leave until 9 p.m., 3 hours later! and at 9 p.m. we are told that the bus leaves at 10 p.m.! in the end instead of arriving at 10 p.m. in Sapa we left Hanoi at 10 p.m.! the night bus was comfortable and good but it was absolutely not expected that we would arrive at 5am! You must set realistic timetables and synchronize your buses because this is unacceptable! the lady at the agency was nice but I was very, very disappointed by the service offered because the schedules are misleading!
