Super late. The bus runs very late , we arrived an hour and half after the schedule. This is not a fair service specially when the bus ride are expensive, plus we stopped several times, once to have a washing of the bus. And is absurd we spent 7 hour and half to drive 300 km . I hope you can improve your service or reduce the price for this kind of service.

"The travel time suited me.". "Everything was good, except that I think the driver was driving too fast in the Vrbas Canyon. I believe it’s risky to drive that fast on those routes, as he is putting both his own life and the lives of all the passengers at risk.".

Was asked for printed copy of ticked, copy on phone not accepted. Fortunately I had printed one. What would have happend if I only had the soft copy on the phone. Frightening to think I would be stranded in Donji Vakuf at 1am, would miss my flight etc. Very very poor that in 2024 an electronic ticket is not accepted.

Very nice and responsible driver, in time, clean, enough stops. i came from Sarajevo that morning as I needed to reach Zagreb in time for the night train towards west. The connection was super tight. The train was late and I only had 3minutes to change. If this connection between train from Sarajevo and bus to Zagreb could be improved, would be great!
