외부에서는 고정되어 있고 내부에는 아무것도 없습니다. 버스 상태가 좋지 않았고 기술도 작동하지 않았으며 광고된 TV도 마사지 기능도 작동하지 않았습니다. 실제로 먹을 것도 없었고, 마른 비스킷 몇 개뿐이었습니다. 천장에서 물이 떨어지고 있었고 기온은 북극이었습니다. 여행 동반자는 영어를 이해하지 못했고 우리가 어느 정류장에 있는지 전혀 몰랐습니다.

Von ausswn fix, innen nix. Der Bus war im mässigem Zustand, die Technik hat nicht funktioniert, weder der beworbene TV noch die Massagefunktion. Zu essen gab es auch nicht richtig, nur ein paar trockene Kekse. Es hat von der Decke getropft, die Tenperatur war arktisch. Die Reisebegleitung hat kein Englisch verstanden und hatte keine Ahnung an welcher Haltestelle wir sind….

Very spacious bus, lots of leg room. There's some variations between the buses like the availability or functioning of sockets or ports for charging based on individual buses but the general condition of the buses in this line is pretty great. The staff on board the bus is also very helpful.

I say it’s poor cause there was an accident on the way to Bangkok a truck hit the side of the bus the bus was half an hour late at the Surat Thani bus terminal, I arrived 4 hours late in Bangkok bus station

After a satisfactory experience from Hatyai to Surat Thani, the good experience continued for the Surat Thani to Bangkok sector. This gave us the confidence to book another sector from Bangkok to Nong Khai which we will be using in 2 days time, hope the good experience will continue.

There was lots of spare seats but I had to sit right next to someone. I didn’t understand why we couldn’t spread out when there was so many spare seats. The person who took the tickets was also very rude.
The seats were comfy but the air con was too much was absolutely freezing the whole way I couldn’t sleep. Blanket was so thin so didn’t help. My charger didn’t work either which was annoying as I couldn’t use my phone for most of the journey.
