Incredibly easy way to go between Surabaya and Malang. In fact, we got there in about an hour rather than 2 hours. Vehicle was clean and spacious. Additionally, they let me take the earlier shuttle since I got there a little bit early. Overall perfect trip.

There was almost no luggage space in the back of the transport. Most of the luggage had to be stacked in the vehicle around the passengers. Meaning the 3+ hour transport was very cramped
