Da ich sehr groß bin und mein vordersitz locker war war es eine sehr unbequeme 8 Stündige fahrt. Ich habe daraus gelernt und buche in zukunft eine höhere Komfortklasse die ich wegen der beinfreiheit benötige. Für Kleinere Personen mögl. i.O. Sehr viele Stopps.

Confortable bus, departed almost on time
The meal was delicious
However, there was only one stop for bathroom 45min after departure and then no stop for 5 hours which is not convenient

We were around 1 hour late but it's still OK for such a long ride. I think there was someone construction on the road.
The bus was comfortable and we got aome snacks. We even got food voucher but the staff took it (maxbe like a payment for the snacks). During our other ride we could use that for free lunch during stop.

The driver didn't speak English (male) and you couldn't communicate with him. The luggage space was very small. He had to move the seats to accommodate it, which made the passengers in the back row very uncomfortable. I think the price is too high for the service I received. I also paid to have an email and WhatsApp reminder sent 24 hours in advance, but it never arrived.
