Anonymous Nice ride, but had a passport check at the border that delayed for more then 2 hours. The buss was comfortable and tidy. For some reason the air condition was on in the buss for few minutes for every 45 min. So few minutes good and for 40 min had to suffer in the hot air. Maybe because we were in the evening buss, but still uncomfortable hot in the buss for me and my family of 2 small children. Had a passport check at the border. No info came of this came to the back of the buss. Sudenly the buss driver came back to the buss and started shouting with bad attitude out for passport check.

Polite and very helpful younger driver. He managed very well all tasks during the journey - alone! Old bus but I felt safe - thanks to driver!

Anonymous Wrong drop off. Left on time. Bus arrived late. The bud was suppose to stop at Mostar (east) but the driver decided to skip this and only drop off at Mostar (west) when other buses normally stop at both. He refused to turn around and I had to negotiate being dropped off at the side of the road - 3km out of the city and desired bus station.

Comfortable. Manner of the driver is good. Due to traffic jam, journey is 40 minutes longer as compared with schdule.

A LONG ride. it was cheap. the driver was not communicative about stops, or what to do at customs when we crossed the border to Bosnia. There was no toilet on board, and I had to wait a long time for a toilet stop (and then it was pretty grim). We arrived 40 minutes late at Mostar, despite good traffic conditions, but the driver made a stop for 30 mins somewhere else, which I don't think was scheduled. This meant I missed my chance to look around Mostar, and I was nearly too late to catch my connecting bus.

Anonymous Economical way to get to Mostar. Efficient and good price. Driver was gruff, the bus got in one hour late.
