Value for money. The respect for the timetable. There was some delay, but minimal. I would have liked personally adjustable airflow and the possibility to charge my smartphone.

Sofia to Niš. Free wifi after crossing Serbian border, clean bus with many rubbish bags. Depending on your seat it’s quite spacious and windows are clean in some parts. No wifi on board until crossing the border into Serbia.

The driver didn't want to mark our luggage, but he was holding the stickers which.. That there were less people traveling. Didn't enjoy my ride, was dirty, smelly, no air conditioner, no wifi, no chargers, no toilet, nothing! That my sign was not assigned in your system (already reported it). The driving company told me your company has a buggy system, so I could have been left without a reservation, if the bus was full. This completely makes me ditch you (especially after your Priority service blamed back and did nothing). Flixbus is directly working with them and I can even select my seat. With you my seat was 5-12 and was even not this. This means you are not reliable.
