They require you to check your bag and charge for it, but don't tell you up front. Just include this in the ticket price and be transparent. Also - I've never seen such chaos on landing in Dumaguete as the bags are unloaded. Somebody take some basic initiative and create a separate area where you off-load the bags, keep passengers in a nearby separate area where they can see the pile of bags, and allow people to come collect them when they see it. What you currently do is just allow people to crowd around the pier so nobody can see anything and it creates chaos. A few basic things and you can improve the experience dramatically.

I booked my trip both ways, two months before I traveled. Two weeks before the first ferry crossing, you sent me an email telling me the return trip was canceled and refunded, due to no seats being available. I booked two months earlier. If seats need to be reallocated, then surety the last seats booked sound be the ones to miss out?? I had business class tickets booked both ways on OceanJet, after you canceled my trip last minute, I could only get return trip on the slower Montenegro. So no, not very happy with the service.
