시간 엄수, 항구까지의 이동 등 여정은 전반적으로 아주 좋았습니다. 하지만 9시간 30분(야간) 이동 후, 버스 정류장에서 환승을 위해 약 45분을 기다렸고, 항구에서 배가 출발할 때까지 1시간 30분을 더 기다려야 했습니다. 조금 힘들었습니다. 위층 침대는 편안하고 창문이 있습니다. 하지만 아래층 침대를 예약하면 창문이 없습니다. 야간 버스라 사람들이 잠을 자고 싶어 합니다. 그래서 운전기사들이 밤새도록 전화 통화를 하거나 (헤드폰 없이) 비디오를 보는 것은 꽤 피곤합니다.

Die Fahrt inklusive Pünktlichkeit, Transfer an den Hafen etc. verlief grundsätzlich sehr gut. Jedoch mussten wir nach der 9.5 Stündigen Fahrt (Über Nacht) zuerst am Busbahnhof ca.45 Minuten auf den Transfer warten und dann am Hafen nochmals 1.5 Stunden bis das Boot fuhr. Dies war etwas ermüdend.
Die Betten oben sind bequem und haben ein Fenster. Wenn man aber die Betten unten erwischt, hat man kein Fenster.
Es ist ein Nachtbus, in dem die Leute schlafen wollen. Daher ist es eher mühsam, wenn die ganze Nacht die Chauffeure am telefonieren oder Videos (ohne Kopfhörer) am schauen sind.

We booked a ticket from Siem Reap to Koh Rong, but when we arrived at Sihanoukville we were just dropped out of the bus with no information. No one of the employees spoke any English, and when a woman arrived that did speak English she was not helpful at all. She told us it was her first day she said she could not help us, but later on she said she did this every day. And even though the employees at Siem Reap told us a transfer from the bus to the boat was included, we eventually had to pay for a tuktuk to take us to the boat. All in all, extremely bad customer service!

Had to wait 2 hours for our connection, and then the another 2 hours for our ferry. We ended up being over 4 hours later than expected and weren’t told once we were delayed and no apology

Everything great,with really good customer service,the only problem was that the timetable doesn't match the ferry so i had to wait more or less one hour at the harbour (but it's ok 😊)
Overall great experience. Sleeper bus very clean and comfortable. The mini van ride was comfortable as well. The boat ride efficient. Everything worked as it should. The stuff very friendly. And careful handling of my luggage.
I wish the trip would have been without the change in Phnom Penh. Somehow I had missed this information during booking. But in the end everything went well.

Very few information about the route and our luggages were dirty after the ride.
Lack of space, I’m 180cm and I didn’t fit the bed. No clear configuration, I was like in a twin bed large like a single bad, no windows, close to the toilet so even smelly
We booked what was advertised as a VIP sleeper from Siem reap to Koh rong. Turns out when we got to the check in desk that we’d only be on the sleeper for 6 hours and would need to get off of this in Phnom Penh, wait an hour and then at 6am get on a mini bus. Which to add was one of the most cramped, uncomfortable buses we’ve ever been on.
The sleeper bus itself is great and no faults there but the advertisement of the trip itself was very poor
