버스는 깨끗했지만 직원들은 그다지 친절하지 않았습니다. 특히 하노이에서 하롱베이까지 가는 동안 밴 운전기사는 좌석 수가 바뀌지 않았는데도 거의 세 번이나 자리를 옮겨서 매우 불편했습니다. 좀 힘들었지만 침착하게 기다리면 안전하게 도착할 수 있습니다. 중간에 화장실 휴식 시간은 한 번 있었습니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 괜찮았습니다.

Bus war sauber aber Personal war nicht zuvorkommend, bzw. der van Fahrer war sehr schwierig von Hanoi nach halong Bay da er uns umsetzte fast 3 mal obwohl es nichts an der Anzahl der Plätze änderte. War eher schwierig aber wenn man ruhig bleibt kommt man gut an. Eine Toiletten Pause pro Fahrt war dabei. Sonst alles gut gegangen.

운전자들은 무례했습니다. 버스는 한 시간 넘게 기다렸다. 운전기사가 버스가 어디에 정차할지 몰랐기 때문에 우리는 짐을 여러 번 옮겨야 했습니다. 운전자는 패키지를 픽업하고 내려주기 위해 계속 멈춰서 "6시간" 여행이 "12시간" 여행으로 바뀌었습니다. 운전자들은 실제 태도에 문제가 있었습니다. 버스에 탄 아이들은 너무 시끄러웠지만 부모나 운전기사는 이에 대해 아무 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 이 침대 버스에는 잠이 없었습니다. 버스 자체가 너무 더러웠어요. 이전 라이더의 쓰레기가 도처에있었습니다. 너무 더웠어요. 운전자는 AC를 켜는 것을 거부하여 뒷좌석의 라이더가 질식했습니다.

Drivers were rude. Bus was over an hour wait. We had to move our luggage multiple times because the operators didn’t know where the buss was going to stop. The drivers kept stopping to pick up and drop off packages so a “6 hour” trip turned into a “12 hour” trip.
The drivers had a real attitude problem. The children on the bus were so loud but neither the parents or drivers did anything about it. There was no sleeping on this sleeper bus. The bus itself was so dirty. There was trash everywhere from the previous riders. It was so hot. The drivers refused to turn up the AC so riders in the back were suffocating.

We were advised to go at the rear of the bus. Not at the front because the driver is smoking !!!
We couldn’t take our bag where there were biscuits or drinks .
And when the bus started we got aware there was no water in our place

Narrow seats
No English rightful communication of bus staff
Bus trip from Sapa To Hanoi with Sao Viet was excellent, however connecting leg wit Ha Long limousine's was disorganized, waited 1 hour at bus stop until picked up, and then spent another hour picking up other passengers around Hanoi before getting to Ha long Limousine's depot.
Then Ha long Limousine operator wanted me to sit at the back of the bus to give my seat to a local Vietnamese woman who didn't want to sit there.
Comfy bed and bus very new and spotlessly clean. However I didn't realise we would be dropped at the main port which is around 14km from town but thats my fault not the bus company.
