Our first mini van was cancelled and we were rescheduled to a later time. When we arrived there was no van but they quickly organised someone to pick us up. We hopped in a car then got dropped at another depot about 1 hour away to finish the rest of our trip to Siem Reap.
What could have been a bad experience turned out just fine. They quickly fixed what ever went wrong.
The trip was very smooth. The driver was very polite and speaks English very well. He gave me many tips on what to do in Siem Real and explained some interesting facts. He drove very carefully. The car was very comfortable and had water available. I asked to receive advance notice and the driver called me an hour before, which was very helpful so I wouldn't miss my departure time. He arrived on time and helped me with my luggage. It was a great choice. I highly recommend it.
The bus left on time and arrived at the destination 30 minutes earlier. Good service, the van looked nice

It was a very hot day and I was tired, so it was great for me to be able to wait for the van in the Starbucks right in front of the departure point.
The interior of the van was also comfortable, so I would recommend this bus company.

The service was great, vehicule was very confortable with A/C. We started a bit later than expected but because some client were late, so that's a good point, they waited for them haha we stopped several time to go to the toilet.

The driver drove too close to the car in front of us when he wanted to pass it, and he brought us to a place for a toilet stop where we were all harassed into buying something in order to use the toilet. It was all just a big shakedown of our wallets and rather unpleasant.

The driver was courteous and drove safely. Only problem was, we were dropped off far from siem reap center, and left with tuk tuk drivers who offers 2x the price of Angkor Wat tour.
