We got the bus we paid for. The toilets were clean. Each bed had a private light that you controlled. The staff were friendly. And there was a charging port.

Uncomfortable ride. 2130 until 0500, we only stopped for a toilet break once, at 0230. I tried finding a toilet at the back of the bus in the dark, as I walked down the corridor some Vietnamese bloke who was laying on the floor between berths (despite there being an empty bed next to him) started kicking me and pointing at me to go away, so I couldn't get past him to see if there was a toilet (I'm assuming not). After that the driver / assistant were speaking loudly while passengers were trying to sleep. Also the bus that turned up was a Queen Cafe, not even a TBus.

Journey was fine but they need to update the arrival time. We booked a 9pm and tickets say a 6am arrival and our accommodation was expecting us then - however we were dropped in Tam Coc at 3:30am.

The worst sleeper bus we have had in vietnam with no curtains, suspension long gone and absolutely no storage space. Obviously no charging and wifi. Worst of all, we arroved 2 hours 40 early due to the driver racing down the highways, leaving lots of people stranded in the dark shortly before 4am rather than 6.30 that we paid for. Not worth paying more for the last service of the night, it was crap

The bus was very uncomfortable for sleeping, there was no pillow, you could not stretch out and next to the washroom stank.

Bus was already waiting for us when we got to the departure point. Since everyone was on board, we even departed before the scheduled departure time.
Driver was speedy, professional, efficient, and courteous.
He drove quickly and we arrived at the destination one hour early.
Bus was comfortable; 10/10 experience and would happily do it again.

Everything was fine apart from a cockroach on my bed that disappeared underneath the mattress. When I looked down the side there were many crumbs of food and dust, which is breading ground for cochroach. I understand it is hard to reach everywhere when cleaning but still a little off putting.

We travel with a 4 and 6 year old. We picked this bus because it was meant to arrive at 6.30 am but it’s a scam. It arrives 2 hr early hence 4am which is the reason why we didn’t pick an another company. The bus itself was comfortable but not as much as others. And the beds were a little narrower

Compartments were a bit small with 3 columns of beds instead of 2. Bus left late but arrived early. Driver was driving fast. 2 stops for restaurant and toilets which was great for a 7h journey. It was a good trip.
