Exactly as expected, arrived a little early in Hoi an. Travelling with 6 and 8 year old. Although we had 4 beds we only used 3. It felt safe and managed to sleep most of it. Charger didn’t work and bed didn’t move, neither required for our trip.

Again two and a half hours late to hoi an. The bus and the staff were good though. Many unnecessary stops which are not really understandable but maybe it’s just the way it is.

I took the trip from Phong Nha to Hoi An, and unfortunately I was not fully satisfied for several reasons: * The departure time was originally supposed to be 11:00 PM, but it was changed twice: first to 10:40 PM, then to 10:30 PM. I was only informed about the final change at 10:12 PM, just 18 minutes before departure. This put me under unnecessary stress and felt very unprofessional. * We were supposed to arrive in Hoi An at 7:00 AM. Since the bus left earlier than scheduled, we also arrived much earlier, around 5:00 AM. I specifically chose this bus because of the announced arrival time, as it was part of my travel organization. As a result, I had to wait outside for two hours before my hostel reception opened. * The staff on the bus were rude and not communicative. During stops, passengers were not clearly informed whether we were allowed to use the toilet, and at one point we were not allowed to go at all. We were treated without basic consideration, despite this being a very basic human need. Overall, the experience was disappointing and far below what I expected.

Excellent driver, very convenient, very professional. I forgotten my glasses in the taxi and he went to our hotel the day after to give it back to me. Amazing I recommend!!

seat was dirty had food crumbs in the seat, driver was playing music very loudly for about three hours and smoking weed on the rest breaks. curtain didn’t stretch the whole length of the seat it left about 20cm gap

Bus itself and the guys on the bus were really good. Pickup was smooth and we arrived ahead of the scheduled time. The only annoying thing was that the owner of the Bus company kept spamming on WhatsApp including several „recommandations“ nobody did ask for! The bus stop in Da Nang, for which free sandwiches were announced, was skipped.
