Great experience! I used this bus company to solo travel and cross the boarder and couldn't recommend it enough. It was clean, staff was friendly, things were running on time if not ahead of schedule... We made plenty of stops for food/ using the bathroom and that was really great. I would definitely use this company again if im in south east Asia. Make sure you use the PDF voucher to show them your confirmation and use the GPS coordinates on the voucher to determine the precise pick up location.

Not very accommodating, asked to sit further forward at start of journey due to travel sick, but was refused saying people had selected seats and bus was full (there was no selection when booking). Nobody sat in a few of the seats for the majority of the journey. Was left at the boarder for an hour by driver to wait for another driver and kept stopping on journey adding 2 hours to the arrival time.

I took the luxury bus. The bed was comfortable. Driver was ok although I saw him looking at his phone while driving. The staff at the border explained what to do in English. On the other side it was not easy to find someone else from the staff. You have to follow the flow of people and at look out for someone with an orange shirt. The minivan was less comfortable but ok.
JOURNEY: Very smooth and comfortable. I sleep very nicely. We have a plenty of stop over to have snacks and to go to toilet.
BUS: Clean and cold. The only missing is WIFI and complimentary WATER. There's a charging socket in every sleeper bed. Clean Small Blanket at Small pillow. Good job for No shoes/slippers in the bus hallway, before we board they provide us the plastic bag for our shoes.
FARE: I can say that it is worth the price.
I will recommend this bus to everyone..

The 2th bus a minivan that took me from the border to Bangkok was a horrible experience. Because other passengers payed the driver extra he kept making snack and lunch stops. In the end when we where in Bangkok he went in circles for 1 hour on their request to drop them off after he just left me out at some tuk tuks instead of bringing me to my place wich he said he would do. If he wasn't planning on doing that he could have left me out way sooner. He also didn't give me time to grab my backpack and almost drove off with it.
