Important to know: I was told to go to Green Travel in Pakse for 7pm. When I arrived there, the place was shut and I was left on the curb in the dark, not knowing what was going on and unable to get in contact with Green Travel or 12Go Asia. However, a tuktuk driver will come and pick you up to take you to the bus station. This was not communicated to me, and I felt people should know that is going to happen so they don’t feel unsafe.
Not the fault of the company or driver, the road conditions are just insanely bumpy and when adding that to being squished next to a stranger not much sleep was achieved. It can’t be helped and is just a part of travelling.

Fahrt ging pünktlich los. Bus war sauber. Die Betten (ca. 1m x1,50 Meter ) sind jeweils für zwei Personen. Für Personen größer als 1,80 Meter wird es schon etwas eng, aber es geht. Decken und Kissen sind vorhanden. Es gibt keinen Vorhang der die Kabinen abtrennt, also dementsprechend auch wenig Privatsphäre.
Während der Fahrt wurde an unterschiedlichen Stellen gehalten, an denen Gäste ein oder ausgestiegen sind oder der Fahrer eine kurze Pause gemacht hat. Einen offiziellen Stopp gibt es nicht.
Vor der Fahrt gibt es noch Milch, einen kleinen Kuchen sowie eine kleine Flasche Wasser.
Grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

비교적 편안한 버스였습니다. 저는 키가 꽤 크지만 가장 작은 상자에 앉았기 때문에 크기에 따라 다를 수 있습니다. 다행히 운전사가 우리를 옮겨 주어서 옆으로 이동할 수 있었습니다. 귀사 웹사이트에는 오전 8시에 도착해야 한다고 적혀 있었는데, 저희는 오전 8시 50분에 도착해서 기차를 놓쳤습니다.

Bus relativement confortable enfin ça dépendra de votre taille parce qu’on m’a mis dans le box le plus petit alors que je suis plutôt grande. The bus was extremely old and in very bad condition. I had to change beds because water started dripping down from the ceiling. There was no access to a toilet, the door was padlocked from the outside. It was freezing cold at night and some of the blankets were old. I don’t know why 12Go use this company, in the bus station there were other buses which looked so much better and newer. I would have preferred that option. I also paid double the price, because I didn’t want to share with a stranger. The space is not big enough for 2 people. Overall I would not recommend to anyone to book this bus and I would not take it again.

The bus left on time, but arrived three hours early. This was pretty inconvenient for our plans. The bed was comfier than I'd hoped, but there was dripping water coming from above our heads all night.

Scabby mattress. Unwashed blankets and heavily stained mattres/ pillow. No privacy curtain. Air conditioning vent broken so cold air all night. Beds very small. I was sharing on a matress big enough for one european male. Went to purchase another bed and was charged almost double the price as the bus was about to leave. Overall nothing like the picture. Ok to travel just know what you are getting. Purchase a double if european.
