예상대로 괜찮았습니다. 밤에는 여느 때처럼 밝은 조명이 있었지만 비교적 쾌적했습니다. 저는 키가 173cm인데 어차피 다리를 쭉 뻗을 수는 없거든요. 한 정류장에서 운전기사가 30분 동안 버스에 다시 타지 못하게 했는데, 이유는 모르겠지만 잠깐 화장실에 가려고 내린 사람들에게는 불편했을 겁니다.

Was fine, as expected. The usual bright lights during the night but relatively comfy. I’m 5ft8 and can never fully stretch out anyway. At one stop the driver wouldn’t let us back on the bus for 30mins..not sure why but was annoying for those who had got off just for a quick toilet break.

Beside the fact that we had a delay of 1 hour at the beginning, we arrived more than punctual. We had a good sleep in the bus and the breaks absolut good.
Be aware if you have to drop-off somewhere on the route. Not all passenger had been waked up, so they got of the bus in another city

버스가 거의 2시간 늦었습니다. 버스 운전사는 픽업할 때 매우 무례했고 영어를 전혀 하지 못했습니다. 우리가 올바른 버스를 탔는지 확인하기 위해 명단에 있는 우리 이름조차 보여주지 않았습니다. 티켓에 명시되지 않은 후에에서 버스를 갈아타야 했고, 갈아타는 것은 매우 혼란스러웠고 아무도 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는지 알지 못했습니다. 12go 바우처에는 하차 주소가 명시되어 있지 않았고, WhatsApp으로 버스에 메시지를 보냈을 때도 알려주지 않았습니다. 유일하게 좋은 점은 버스가 깨끗했고 가운데 침대가 없다면 좌석이 편안했다는 것입니다.

Bus was almost 2 hours late. Bus driver was extremely rude at pickup and spoke no English. Wouldn’t even show us our names on a list to confirm we were getting on the right bus. We had to change buses in Hue, which was not specified on the ticket, and the change was extremely chaotic and no one knew what was going on. 12go voucher did not specify the drop off address, and it was not provided to me when I messaged the bus via WhatsApp. Only good thing was that bus was clean and seats were comfortable if you didn’t get a middle bed.
Best sleeper bus we’ve taken on our trip. Internet worked and you are given so much space. 2 stops in the 12 hour ride but didn’t mind as you’re able to sleep for most of it. Overall really great experience

We are a family of four and we just went through a disappointing and unpleasant experience with your travel services.
You ask people to contact you before bad rating you, which we did but you never answered, you totally ignored our messages.
Although we have booked our tickets for 10pm, you have changed our tickets for another bus and asked us to get ready at 8:30pm so we had to cancel some of our activities program planned until 9pm yesterday. We lost money because of that. And at the end we waited for more than 2 hours and the bus left much after 10pm.
Then you said that our new bus will be the same class but the bus was not clean and in good conditions (difficult to be called VIP, compared to others). Another bad surprise was when we had to change bus early morning in Hué and for a much lower class bus (without being informed before, as the bus we booked was a direct trip). Then at the end we had more than 4 hours delay on the planned arrival time.
We are totally unhappy of your services as we paid the price to get VIP service and we got the worst. It is unacceptable.
We tried to report all that to the person who contacted us on WhatsApp but this person is not answering our messages although she has read them.
We would like to review that experience, so it does not happen to other travellers, even more so when it involves a family.
