버스가 세 시간이나 늦었고, 언제 도착할지 내내 불확실했습니다 (사무실 직원분이 도와주지 않았더라면 거의 다른 버스를 탈 뻔했습니다). 10km 정도 운전했는데, 버스가 30분 더 정차했습니다. 주변 사람들이 너무 시끄러웠고, 버스에는 아이들도 몇 명 있었고, 그다지 유쾌한 분위기는 아니었습니다. 아무도 깨워주지 않아서 거의 정류장을 놓칠 뻔했습니다. 추천하고 싶지 않습니다. ????

Der Bus hatte 3h Verspätung und es war dir ganze Zeit nicht klar wann er kommt (wären fast in den falschen Bus gestiegen hätte uns die nette Dame vom Büro nicht geholfen). Sind ungefähr dann 10km gefahren und der Bus hat wieder 30min Pause gemacht. Die Leute um einen waren sehr laut, mehrere Kinder waren im Bus und es war nicht besonders angenehm. Wir hätten auch fast unseren Stopp verpasst weil niemand und wirklich geweckt hat. Würde ich eher nicht empfehlen😅

alles super geklappt. nur beim aussteigen sind mehrere türen mit einen vorhängeschloss verschlossen. lieber bisschen früher aufstehen und abchecken welche türen aufgehen zum aussteigen :)

Don't do it for the comfort but for the experience. The train itself isn't too comfortable to sleep ok but facilities are all fine and everything ran on time. Quite the experience but don'r expect a great night of sleep!
Don’t know when to board the train. No English announcements in Ninh Binh. No
Status of trains arriving or departing in Ninh Binh. Only info on board was obsolete. Train was bumpy and people next to us was loud and watching tv at 3am yelling with tv volume very loud. Told them to be quiet and they moved to the next carriage. But that did not help. Luckily I had ear plugs. It was the worst experience ever.
I mean it was clean with an attender in every coach. Nicely managed. Train was just 15mins late. But AC was blasting so personally it was too cold for me. But washrooms were usable and clean so happy.
Most enjoyable sleeper train ride including US and Europe. Slept well overnight and enjoyed the beautiful scenics from Dong Hoi to DaNang. Also enjoyed free refreshments and pay for use food offerings. There was plenty of filtered water both hot and cool. Toilet facilities were acceptable, and sinks were in good condition with plenty hand soap and sufficient dryers. Highly recommend!
We had earlier experiences and this was not the best. The toilets were very dirty already when we stepped in. And the beds where not so clean as we used to. There were hairs on the blanket. The service was oké

As a foreigner I know that you have different culture and different morale standards, but seeing a puppy dog (cramped up in a small box where he cant even stand or move), have no water and no food sent over for a trip from Ninh Binh to Saigon (over 30 hours) was heartbreaking. Especially when train crew member started kicking the box to keep the dog from whining. Good people of Vietnam, we know you are better than this.
