Hidden fees and driver altercation. Hidden fees that may be illegal? A euro to access the bus. Another euro to stow bags. I spent all my cash already. Told the driver I’d just take my backpack on the bus he said no and that I will not be allowed on the bus. Every other passenger had a backpack and was not required to pay. He repeatedly physically shoved me and my wife for attempting to get on the bus. The bus was oversold. People had to sit in the aisle. Some couldn’t get on. Traveling in over 50 countries this has been the worst bus ride I’ve ever taken.

Very nice. The bus was airconditioned properly. We had a very comfortable drive from Mostar to Dubrovnik. The drive was a bit longer than estimated due to queue passing the border. They should inform on the website that yoU have to pay 1 euro per luggage….

I am a tourist that purchased a ticket for this journey then arrived at the bus station, showed my booking info and was told I don't have a ticket. I showed several confirmations and continued to ask" where do I access the actual ticket then". The driver took me to the ticket counter and he and the ticket agent both continued to tell me I did not have a ticket. The agent said this happens a lot and I need to buy one from them now; so I bought another one. After I boarded the bus I looked at my online booking info and saw that the actual ticket was sent via PDF file.
