The actual trip ( for those that went was fine. But the emails and info provided was terrible. This included vague time for pickup and not until after paying and the receipt said NO refunds AND only ONE luggage per person (IN A LARGE VAN). Two passengers did NOT go because they said they were not going to leave there items in the hotel.
The whole experience with 12go was first class. Easy online booking, kept updated and tickets arrived well before departure date. Seats opposite each other with window views. Will use 12go again.
My ticket was changed on site, so I could take the earlier train. This was great, the lady at the station guiche was so kind.
In the end the train was delayed with approximately hour and 15min.
