8시바누버스라서 8시쯤 터미널 도착해서 탈려니 안된다고 함. 그래서 whatsapp으로 문의 넣으니 다시 타라고 함.(이상함, 대신 나 탈때 누군가 내림) 베트남 국경까지는 잘 감.
베트남 국경에서 미니버스타고 무앙사이역에 가는길에 무앙사이 세관에 잡힘. 버스 못가고 대기함. 결국 세관에거 툭툭타고 기차역까지 감. 툭툭비용은 기사님이 냄.
기차역에 5시 도착, 5시 15분에 루앙프라방 가는 기차 탐.
결론은 일정 짤 때 여유있게 짜야함.
오전 7시 30분에 출발하기 위해 14인승 미니밴을 예약했고, 7시 30분에는 버스가 없다고 들었지만 8시 30분에 출발합니다. 우리가 그것을 놓칠 까봐 걱정하면서 잡을 비행기가있었습니다. 14인승 미니밴에 20명이 탑승했기 때문에 더운 날씨에 비좁은 환경에 대비해야 하므로 쾌적하지 않았습니다. 긍정적인 측면에서 지정된 10시간이 아닌 7시간만 걸렸으므로 정시에 비행기를 탔습니다. 그래도 12go의 훌륭한 서비스. 쉬운 서비스 예약 티켓과 훌륭한 의사 소통. 우리를 A에서 B로 데려갔어

Booked a 14 seater minivan to leave at 7:30 am, was told there was no bus at 7:30 but was leaving at 8:30. Had a flight to catch leaving us worried we would miss it. There was 20 people on a 14 seater minivan so be prepared for cramped conditions in hot weather so wasn’t pleasant.
On the positive side it only took 7 hours not the 10 specified so caught the flight on time. Great service from 12go though. Easy service booking the tickets and great communication. Got us from A to B

이것은 매우 나쁜 경험이었습니다. 우리는 11시 30분에 루앙프라방에서 비엔티안으로 가는 초고속 열차의 1등석을 예약했습니다. 우리는 우리 예약이 취소된 것으로 밝혀진 역으로의 환승을 위해 도착했고 우리는 지금 16.16에서 출발하는 2등석의 완행열차를 타고 있었습니다. 나쁜 베비. 우리는 이제 시간을 죽이고 주위를 어슬렁거려야 했습니다. 12Go가 너무 늦게 티켓을 예매하려고 했고 우리는 티켓을 놓치고 다음 열차에 셔플을 당했습니다. 행복하지 않아!

This was a very bad experience. We had booked a 1st class seat on the bullet train from Luang Prabang to Vientiane departing 11.30. We we arrived for our transfer to the station it turned out our booking had been cancelled and we were now on the slow train in 2nd class departing 16.16. Vevy bad. We now had to kill time and hang around. 12Go tried to book the tickets too late and we missed out and got shuffed on later train. Not happy!
The train itself was OK, but the air conditioning smelt like vomit, and the train seats were backwards from the direction of travel which is not great for anyone who suffers motion sickness. The train station was OK but the service was mixed, the staff at the seven eleven tried to short change us and it took 3 attempts before we got the correct change. The Amazon coffee shop on the other hand was honest. The terminal was full of rude passengers of Chinese origin,who paid no respect for other passengers comfort.
The train departed and arrived on time, however I would be reluctant to use this service again.
12go booking process was easy and we received our tickets ahead to the expected time frame.

The train was one hour late on arrival and was very slow, the seats are very tight, the lugguage of other passangers was bothering and not in place.

The vehicle itself was fine. It’s a very clean, comfy and fast train and would give 5 stars. But our tickets were not confirmed for days after purchase. I emailed about it and was told I’ld get the ticket 24 hours prior. Still, I didn’t get it and emailed again. They said the train was full, I could take the other one. I said okay but “my friend is also waiting on her ticket for the same train can you change hers to and emailed her booking number” (The person on the phone told me, we just started calling people, we will call your friend too). W are three people traveling but since we decided to come along at different times, we had different bookings, our initial train was 12 pm, one friend booked through company website and already had her ticket, mine was delayed to 2 pm. The morning of the train, other friend still had no ticket, no email about refund, or sold out train. By the time we got to the train station (10 am because we had a whole day planned) every train was sold out except for 6 pm so she bought another ticket. One hour before the 12 pm train she received an email informing about the refund. In short, our whole travel day was ruined merely because 12go didn’t inform us the train was sold out. That can be done days before and we could book the next train right away altogether. My friend had to wait at the station for more than 8 hours.
