Sheryl YI need to wait for stop over just to pee because the restroom smell so bad. You cannot even stay inside for just a second. Plus theres a mismatch regardimg ticket. I specifically pick my seat and somwone else is telling me thats their seat, i insist that it was mine coz i pay online amd choose my seat prior a day. So the other passenger spoke with operator. No cable to charge phone unlike the first bus from manila to la union.

Maria TIt’s almost perfect.. buses are convenient.. drivers and conductors are very polite and helpful too... but they still looking for a hard copy of the booking.. which means print out of the said booking.. I showed my copy from their email but they didn’t accept it.. it was so hassle for a tourist who needs to find a printer to print it out.. we’re in a modern technologies world .. I booked online in advance for a less stress trip but then in the terminal they still ask us to secure a ticket with the hard copy of the said booking.. which for me is not necessary at all.. hope they will improve and implement a more efficient and effective booking process for faster and better service

Dominador NIts almost perfect, unfortunately i went to Sebay from San Fdo City proper expecting the bus won’t pass thru the partas bus station at san fdo. Boom, i wasted my time traveling to san jjuan from sn fdo as the bus passed trough and other passengers were also waiting. How useful it is if there is a clear notification about this. TY

* I suggest to have an early scheduled time from Partas San Fernando to Partas Pasay for passengers that needed to travel going to airport to avoid losing the plane flights.
* I suggest passengers has a bus track to monitor the bus itinirary while waiting for the bus arrival.
