Anonymous Kotor to Dubrovnik Bus. Comfortable bus. 1. Very late to pick up and drop off. 2. No idea where we would stop for toilet or food. 3. The staff were rude and unhelpful I asked if the ticket needed to be printed and was told no then when I gave the bags to staff to put under bus he asked for 10euro because my ticket wasn’t printed.

Anonymous 2 journeys from Split to Kotor. It was convenient. The driver / conductor with the Mohawk hair working for Busflix is a fraud! Charging tourists for anything he wanted (eg. Drinking water on the bus, sleeping with legs up on the chair, taking longer toilet breaks due to queues) all of which can range from (€5-30) all made up! Be vigilant with the way he hikes up prices.

Anonymous There was no information that we have to pay additional for luggage and the bus station. The point that seats are very close, so legs don’t fit. Bus station requires you to pay 2€ in cash so that you can pass to the bus. Driver requires you to pay 2€ in cash so you can put your luggage to baggage. The trip took 2 hours longer than expected. None of the above were written in the ticket, if i had no cash, i would have had to miss the trip.

Anonymous No toilet on the bus, it was broken. The bus was late, so it delayed our trip with one hour.

Anonymous Horrible bus ride. The price was cheap. Bus was dirty, hot and kept stopping to drop off and pick up passengers. There was no allocated toilet break which should’ve been considered since it was a 7 hour bus.
