환승은 아주 잘 됐어요. 모든 게 정시에 잘 진행되었고, 체계적이고 순조로웠어요. 피피섬에서 크라비까지 가는 페리는 좀 불편했지만, 가격 대비 아주 만족스러웠어요. 크라비에서 돈삭 부두까지 가는 버스는 도로 상태가 좋지 않아서 조금 울퉁불퉁했어요. 돈삭 부두에서 코사무이까지 가는 페리는 아주 편안했어요. 전반적으로 좋고 즐거운 여행이었어요.

페리는 괜찮았는데... 셔틀버스는 정말 최악이었어요!!! 두 대의 차량으로 이동했고, 다른 사람들이 운전을 했고, 운전기사가 불필요하게 여러 번 정차하기도 했습니다. 결국 코수무이행 페리에 늦게 도착해서 다음 페리를 탔습니다! 호텔에도 늦었고요... 추천하지 않습니다!

We were transported by two vehicles and driven by different people, in addition there were other unnecessary stops by the driver
Finally, we arrived late at the ferry to Kho sumui and boarded the next ferry!

I read the other reviews and was a little afraid, but at the and, it went very great
Smooth journey - all connections made. However don’t expect any instructions.
The route is Phi phi - Krabi - Donsak pier - samui
On arrival at Krabi just ask any of the travel people there what to do next and how to locate your driver. Everyone was very helpful.
The van is small and will be full - take plenty of water with you!

I missed information where to go to get to the Ferry on phi phi.. also the driver was very reckless.. it took 7,5h instead of 6,5h to get to koh Samui

Nobody contacted us to guide us. I tried contacting the hotline and nothing no one told us what should we do, who will wait us at the ferry station or anything.
In the van I had a seat in the back and they put all the baggages in such a way that I couldn t sit down because the sit was deformed. So for the whole trip (which is a long one), I had to sit very unconfortably and my back hurted...
