아주 긍정적이었어요! 기차가 30분 늦게 출발한다는 걸 전날 알고 있었기 때문에 DB에서 흔히 그렇듯 저에게는 큰 지연은 아니었어요.

전반적으로 훌륭한 경험. 예약 직후(기차 출발 34일 전) 예약 확인 이메일을 받았지만 티켓 확인/바우처(기차 출발 11일 전)를 받기까지 매우 오랜 시간이 걸렸습니다. 티켓 배송은 순조롭게 진행되었지만 티켓 확인 이메일에 언급된 대로 티켓 배송을 확인하는 이메일을 받지 못했습니다. 그래서 전반적으로 기차를 타는 것은 훌륭했습니다. 확인을 기다리거나 티켓이 도착하기를 바라는 약간의 신경이 곤두박질 쳤습니다. :)

Overall great experience. Immediately after booking (34 days prior train departure) we received an email with a booking confirmation, however, it took very long until we received the ticket confirmation/voucher (11 days prior train departure). The shipping of tickets went smooth, however, we never received an email confirming the shipment of the tickets as it was mentioned in the ticket confirmation email.
So overall the train ride was superb, just a little bite nerve killing waiting for confirmation or hoping tickets will arrive:)

By far the best taxi ride of our entire vacation. Samantha, our driver, took great care of us and was very friendly. We felt very safe and had a pleasant ride. Along the way, he even stopped when we wanted to take photos of the scenery.
Driver didn't show up again, in spite of confirming the booking the day before with the company. The company sent an alternative driver after 1.5 hours. The driver drove much too fast, given the road conditions and recent land slides. Then asked us where the hotel was in Ella (we had no idea, we'd never been there before!) In spite of this being clear on the booking form. Then asked for payment at the end of the ride, even though we'd already paid via 12go.
We had a language barrier which was a problem because some roads were closed and driver couldn’t explain what he wanted to do. He was also driving a bit insecure and slow. We had other drivers before with the same agency and had better experiences with them.
We didn’t stopped at the mentioned stations. Only stopp was tea factory. The group didn’t buy something and they weren’t happy/friendly anymore. We waited 1,5h for picking up other people.
