See last comment. Also, at a scheduled toilet stop I asked the driver how long we had and he said 10 minutes. Within that time I used the toilet and went into the shop to buy a snack. When I came out, about 8 minutes had passed, but the driver had moved the bus and my wife was stressed because the driver was upset that I was not back yet and he wanted to get going already.

To start with, your QR codes did not work at the gates. The photos of the bus show quite some room for the legs with a kind of pad to support them, this was not there, the window sit could notvrecline at all. Then the bus driver was quite rude, but this is out of your control. For the rest it was all right.

Don't like that we have to pay for a facilities pass even though we bought a ticket online. That needs to be abolished. Journey was 7 hours instead of 6 hours. Too mych traffic.
