버스 자체는 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 운전기사분들이 영어를 전혀 못하셔서 목적지보다 1시간 30분 일찍 버스에서 내렸는데, 아무도 이유를 설명해 주지 않았습니다. 동료 가이드가 도와주셨는데, 좀 더 체계적으로 안내해 줬으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 구글 번역도 있었지만, 아쉽게도 아무도 관심을 가져주지 않았습니다. 결국 예정보다 1시간 30분 늦게 도착했습니다.

An sich die Busfahrt war okay. Allerdings hat keiner der Fahrer selbst irgendwie ansatzweise Englisch gesprochen. Wir wurden 1,5 Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Ziel einfach aus dem Bus geworfen und keiner konnte und erklären warum. Ein Mitreißender hat uns dann geholfen. Das sollte vielleicht besser organisiert sein. Es gibt ja auch Google Übersetzer aber das hat leider niemanden interessiert. Sind dann auch 1,5 Stunden später angekommen als geplant.

The bus journey had several different factors which was poor. Firstly the drivers were moderately nice but constantly smoked while on the road allowing the bus to be filled with large amounts of smoke with the bus being a 15 hr bus journey this was not pleasant to say the least. The bus felt like it was falling apart at time with us having to stop a few times for unknown reasons. Due to the price i expected it to have some implications but very disappointed. I please advise backpackers to check the company bus before booking them for future reference.

The bus driver was very nice so that is obviously not the issue but it was more so the bus. There was water dripping down from the air conditioning onto multiple seats but mainly mine and the one behind me. It got to a point where you’d think it was raining inside the bus and it just wouldn’t stop. I tried to change seat because I am not sitting under that for 10 more hours and the other worker on the bus got mad at me and wouldn’t let me sit anywhere else. It was the longest 10 hour bus ride of my life.

After already getting a downgrade in seats because the bus I had booked broke down and got replaced, the new bus continued to break down leaving us sitting at a rest stop from 12:00 am to 02:00. Even after fixing it the ride on the fixed suspension was horrible. Only just getting to the final destination 4 hours later than advertised.

The bus driver drive wrong on a street where he went back en forward and back to the highway. This took almost 2 hours for nothing. In the end we came 4 hour later at our location. We where not informed that they also would stop in other city so this is not nice. Overall was the bus itself good, and we got at 12 a little lunch. Only after that because it took 4 hours longer we came at the end location at 10 pm and not 6 pm so it was also really late to get at dinner.

At the end even a couple of customers joined the party.
Every stop was and excuse to pick up any sort of street-sellers and banjo players.

The ride itself is fine as one can expect for a 12hr ride. However, if it was not for our taxi driver talking with locals and finding where the pick up point was, we never would have made it. The pick up point was a bus station of the local Jakarta bus (and not for changing city), there were no signs, the bus was nowhere to be found.
