One of the employees on the train was very inappropriate. He asked me if I had a boyfriend I said yes then he was giving me compliments and was asking me to come to his cabin I didn’t feel safe on the ride at all. Everything else was fine, train clean and on time.

We booked a luxury shuttlebus, but got nothing like the picture. So that was already a disappointment. Next to us on the floor was vomit from a previous passenger. We told an employee, but they didn’t do anything about it. So we had to drive 3ish hours with vomit next to us. I already get carsick so this made it worse. Not a great experience. Other than that the service at the busstops were great and airconditioned so that was a plus.

Good morning
we did not find the bus at the indicated location which was very unclear. we called the telephone number indicated and it was not assigned.
we looked for it for over an hour with the grab driver. he asked all the stations and no one knew this bus
so we did not have a bus to go to bandung even though we were with our 3 children.
