We booked T-Bus but when we turned up to the departure point it was outside the Queen Cafe office and it was a Queen Cafe bus (this also happened to other people we spoke to later). We were worried as we had deliberately been avoiding Queen Cafe due to its terrible reviews. That said, the bus was a limousine sleeper and was new, clean and comfortable. We left an hour late but made up time on the road - also someone phoned me earlier in the day to let me know which was much appreciated. So a surprisingly good experience given turned out to be Queen Cafe.
