침대는 매우 크고 현대적이었습니다. 버스는 예상보다 한 시간 일찍 도착했습니다. 아쉽게도 버스에서 와이파이가 작동하지 않았습니다. 제가 여행하는 날 목적지에 태풍이 닥쳐서 여행을 다시 예약하고 싶었는데, 50%의 추가 요금을 내야만 가능했는데, 정말 터무니없었습니다.

Die Betten waren sehr groß und modern. Der Bus kam 1 Stunde früher an als erwartet. Leider gab es kein funktionierendes WLAN im Bus. An dem Tag, an dem ich gefahren bin, war an meinem Zielort ein Taifun, weshalb ich meine Fahrt umbuchen wollte. Dies war nur mit 50% Aufpreis möglich, fand ich sehr unverschämt.

우리는 SEA에서 몇 대의 버스를 탔는데 이것이 최악의 버스였습니다. 대부분의 회사는 정류장에 대한 많은 정보를 제공하지 않거나 영어가 좋지 않을 것으로 예상하지만 이는 최악이었습니다. 우리는 버스에 탑승할 때까지 버스를 갈아타겠다는 말을 듣지 못했습니다. 화장실에 대한 우리 유일한 중지는 우리 모두가 수풀에서 오줌을 싸는 길가에 있었습니다. 우리가 갈아타면 다음 버스가 10분 걸린다고 했는데 한 시간이 걸렸어요. 두 번째 버스에는 화장실이 있었지만 역겨웠고 다른 옵션을 위해 정차하지 않았습니다. 그래도 우리는 한 시간 일찍 목적지에 도착했다. 그리고 우리는 우리 여행이 그럴 것이라고 말한 곳에서 내려주지 않았고 대신 우리 호스텔에서 한 시간 더 떨어져 있었습니다. 우리도 거기 도착했을 때 버스에서 급하게 내려서 소지품을 확인할 기회가 없었고 베개도 잊어버렸습니다. 우리는 회사에 이메일을 보냈고 그들은 알아보겠다고 했지만 아무 소식도 듣지 못했습니다. 대신 우리가 들렀던 카페 주인에게 전화해서 가져오라고 했더니 큰 도움을 주었기 때문에 결국 베개를 돌려받았습니다. 버스에서 오전 12시까지 이야기하는 사람들도 있어서 잠을 많이 못 잤습니다. (버스 운전사의 잘못은 아니지만 저는 사람들이 잠을 잘 수 있도록 조용한 시간을 엄격히 지키는 버스를 탔습니다.) 정보가 거의 없는 전반적으로 열악한 경험이었고 잠도 자지 못했습니다. 이 회사에 다시는 예약하지 않을 것입니다.

We’ve been on a few buses in SEA and this was our worst one. Most companies don’t give a whole lot of information on stops/not great English, which we expect, but this was the worst. We weren’t told we were going to switch buses until we got on the bus. Our only stop for bathroom was on the side of the road where we all peed in a bush. When we did switch, they said the next bus would be 10 minutes but it took an hour. The second bus had a bathroom but it was disgusting and they wouldn’t make any stops for other options. Still we somehow got to our destination an hour early. And we weren’t dropped off where our trip said it would, instead an extra hour away from our hostel. We also were rushed off the bus when we got there and didn’t have a chance to check our belongings, forgot a pillow. We emailed the company and they said they’d look but didn’t hear anything. Instead we ended up getting the pillow back because we asked the owner of the cafe we got dropped at to call them and bring it back and he helped us out greatly. There was also people talking till 12am on the bus so we didn’t get much sleep (not the bus operators fault but I’ve been on buses where they are strict on quiet time so people can sleep). Overall a poor experience with little information and we got no sleep. Would not book with this company again.
Vehicle itself was great. However I booked the 9pm bus to then get told that I was moved to the 8pm bus which was no problem. However I sat in the office waiting for over an hour and a half and still ended up on the 9pm bus. Also there was a lot of confusion over what cabin I was in which was a bit annoying.

Driver was speeding over bumps and dropped us off at the wrong place. Beds weren't cleaned either.

Excellent journey! Good communication from operator, help with luggage, clean bus, good bed situation with USB charging points, TV, headphones, blinds for window, lights, small blanket and pillow, curtains, Aircon, water and wet wipes as well as vibration/massage controller. Comfortable journey with frequent toilet stops and still arrived 1h early to destination. Thank you
